I’ve been working with Bakar and he has been absolutely incredible. I travel for work and it was hard for to find a trainer who would tailor to my ever changing schedule and provide me what I needed when I was away, but he has done just that and more. Since training with him my workouts have gotten to a level I was never able to manage before. I’m looking and feeling better with less frequent workouts than what I was originally doing on my own. I trained with Joel for 1 year. We trained leading up to my wedding. He helped me with my goals to feel toned and confident on my big day! He is an awesome trainer and coach. I was always impressed with his preparation for our sessions. His work outs were challenging and fun. He pushed me in areas I wouldn't have worked on my own. He gives you his full attention during your session and is great at checking in with you in between to see how your body is feeling and adjusting to the workouts. He was a joy to work with and I am sad I can't work with him since moving states. If you are thinking about personal training Joel is your guy!

Akil is a top trainer in Atlanta. His methods have held me accountable to my goals and I really enjoy his training style. Our workouts are intense but he is very attentive to making sure the exercises work well for my body type and comfort level. He is there to push me, but not to hurt me! I have been working with Damon for almost 4 months now, and he is the best personal trainer that I have ever worked with. He knows exactly what to do, and what not to do according my body's functionality. I've had some issues with my knees and thighs for over a decade now, and since I've been working with Damon I can walk stairs again comfortably. He is a considerate and thoughtful trainer. He checks on me to make sure that I'm functioning well after training. I've had therapists and personal trainers in the past who don't even act like they know what they were doing and not engaging at all. I had no idea what they would be doing and how to maintain after hour treatment. With Damon, you are fully aware of what is going on, and what is needed to keep up the physical state and well-being. I needed to find formal self defense training for my daughter who will be attending college next year. I wanted her to be able to defend herself as well as having peace of mind that should could take care of herself if the situation arose. After looking at various trainers, Anthony's credentials convinced me to give him a try. He was immediately able to put my daughter at ease and not make her more scared about the situations that he simulated for training purposes. He was able to quickly identify which types of tactics would work best for my daughter based on her abilities and tendencies. He didn't' waste time trying to teach proper martial arts but focused on the goal of Self Defense. After the first few sessions my daughter could see the difference and felt proud of herself. Anthony's professionalism and attention to detail led me to sign my wife up for personal training with him. Matt is the best trainer I have ever had. I have used several trainers over the years and watched other trainers, including some my wife used and Matt is the best I have used and seen. He really stays abreast of the latest trends in fitness and diet and is very good helping his clients achieve their fitness and health goals. He has a diverse set of clients and I have been impressed how he adjusts the workouts to fit the particular person. He also practices what he preaches, unlike some trainers. He participates in some classes including some Seal training, does a lot of research and then adapts it to fit his particular trainee. He always has a training session that has a lot of variety and works a lot of different muscle groups and also gets in the aerobic training. He does an outstanding job!
Love working with my future trainer. She's excellent at scheduling workouts around my busy life, and the variety I get is far beyond what I was able to do on my own. This is really a great program if you want the accountability of a real person plus the convenience of being able to do workouts wherever. I can do workouts when traveling, at home, at the gym. They also customize the workout to the gear I have available, which makes it super easy. It's also great having an app to reach out to my trainer, rather than waiting for my weekly training session to ask questions. Megan's very punctual with responses, and very understanding with all my concerns. Overall this is an excellent service. Much recommended.
