They were informative and helpful throughout the process. They responded within 5 minutes of my request and had a worker out to my home within 30 minutes. My tub and toilet was backed up filling into the home. After getting my septic tank pumped on multiple occasions I knew there had to be a deeper issue. Dalmatian was the only company that didn’t send me straight to the septic company and determined my drain had 30yrs of build up.
