The two ladies on the team were attentive, professional, and really helped keep things running smoothly from start to finish. That said, one of the staff members—a male—seemed noticeably under the weather. He was sniffling throughout the evening, frequently blowing his nose, and constantly reaching for tissues. Given that this was a dinner party with food being served, we ultimately chose not to have him interact with guests or handle anything directly. It was a bit disappointing, as it left us short one set of hands. Toward the end of the night, I would’ve liked to see a bit more progress with cleanup before their time was up, but all in all, the team contributed positively to the flow of the event."See more
