I am a 73-year-old, recently retired corporate executive. I made a commitment to myself as I entered retirement to take advantage of my new found free time. My goal is to increase my physical mobility, my balance and improve my posture. I started with a membership at a local gym. I contacted a trainer at the gym with the goals that I stated above. She gave me some exercises and stretches. After several weeks of the gym I felt there was something missing to accomplish my goals. That is when I looked at the internet to find not only a trainer but someone who understood my condition as well as my goals. Patrick is not only a trainer but is also a physical therapist. Patrick has experience with a variety of ages focusing on optimizing performance instead of fixing problems. This combination plus his experience gives him the knowledge to properly address my needs. Patrick has converted his home into a gym that has the same equipment of my new gym plus more. I now have a full set of exercises and stretches that I use to exercise in my home. I get as much or more from my home exercise as I do using free weights in the gym. In six short weeks, I feel that I have added strength and increased my flexibility. For some time I was struggling finding a workout program and sticking to a gym. That was until Karlyn come into my life and saved me from that old routine!! I found out that doing the same routine gets old and I get bored... She spiced things up and I finally have stuck to working out and loving it again! She will customize the workout to fit YOU! Eric is a very qualified fitness trainer. He has many years of experience ranging from group boot camp classes to one on one personal training. I tried both the group oriented sessions and one on one personal training sessions. His work outs are challenging and bring results.

Hands down the best trainer I promise you. Coach Marwan's knowledge and ability to bring out the best in you is second to none. I have had the privilege of training with some great trainers but there is something different about Coach Marwan. He is worth every penny and more. Only fear is that some A list celebrity takes him from us lol.
NASM has certified and recertified over 190,000 Personal Trainers. They have only certified just over 100 Master Trainers. Andrae is one of those Master Trainers. I had the opportunity to be taken through a mock session with him while he was getting his Master Trainer Cert. He was quick to come up with a quality program, very creative, and made me feel very confortable.

Mason is a wonderful personal trainer. Before training with Mason, I was an athlete and never had to work out on my own before. And working out with him he has given me a routine I can stick to on my own, and that don't take a lot of time with my busy schedule. He makes workouts personal and exactly what you are looking for. Michael, what can I say? If you're reading this reference then don't look any further than Mike. I'm an endurance athlete who has worked with many trainers around the world. I found Mike's approach to health and fitness is second to none. He always keeps it interesting and challenging. He really cares about your goals and has a holistic approach to fitness; whether it's injury prevention, recovery or general fitness Mike's knowledge is incredible. You know what else? He's a really great guy. Fun to train with and makes you actually want to turn up and push through those hard sessions. I could not recommend Mike more highly.
The trainers are amazing and truly care about their clients. They focus on form and injury prevention. They provide education and customize workouts to the individual, whether in a group or personal training setting.
I wanted to hire a personal trainer to help me reach my goals. Eric is awesome. I have only seen him twice, but I can already feel a difference in my body...mostly sore from not using certain muscles in a long time...but I know what he is doing is going to help me get there.
