Bill and I have worked out together for many years. We have had several different personal trainers throughout. Each one brought with them their own brand of fitness. Some were very good, others not so much. Kevin Blume is very unique in what he brings to our workout. He is well educated, innovative, focused. He is extremely attuned to one's individual needs and goals. He is a stickler for correct form...no cheating ever on his watch!!! Fitness, as we all know is an ever evolving science. Steve is an amazing trainer, very knowledgeable about nutritional and fitness routines. He's easy and fun to work with. I've never used the services of a personal trainer before working with Kalynn at Enhance Fitness, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to determine my fitness goals and to build a program comprised of manageable exercise routines that didn't require special equipment to accomplish noticeable results. He has a great knowledge of body mechanics, muscle function and is capable of determining of individual abilities of his clients. Kevin is pleasant and positive and has a great attitude. I have had a very satisfying first experience with having a personal trainer. Prior to this I had always thought that such training could be helpful. Mostly I was intimidated by all of the different exercise machines and various work-out apparatus. My trainer, Khilye Sevatius, has been patient, kind, encouraging but above all else exceedingly knowledgeable regarding the process of taking an old dog and teaching him a few new tricks. Or perhaps a better metaphor he is making a silk purse out of a sow's ear. I am most pleased with the experience and continually recommend Khyile's services to my associates.
Chuck has been an outstanding trainer and fitness coach to not only me but others. He seems to put in many hours at the gym to help others out with their healthy lifestyles and make chances in their life for the better. Bryan is awesome! I used to be really intimidated by trainers, I felt like I could never be as fit/svelt as they were. You can tell that Bryan is passionate about helping and empowering people. He listens to your health goals and responds with his years of expertise to bring great results. Plus, he's got a great sense of humor, decent playlist, and is very encouraging (but tough). I feel great and am very pleased with where I am at today.

I’ve had personal trainers in the past and Ryan truly takes the cake. He has taken the time to study the human body during his time in college and continues to educate himself to this day. I suffer from fibromyalgia and his knowledge comes in handy with my condition. He knows how to adjust exercises to really cater to my needs. I had a trainer through the world's largest fitness center chains before moving to Idaho and that trainer pales in comparison to Ryan Jones. With every exercise, Ryan goes into detail explaining what muscle groups are being worked and why. Workouts are always challenging and fun at the same time. Each time we did something different and I could feel results almost immediately. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and intelligent. It never ceases to amaze me how dedicated he is to his business. If you have any questions regarding nutrition, he responds almost immediately. Do yourself a favor and get in touch. Brian is very knowledgeable in all areas of fitness. He is easy going and fun to work out with. His personal training fees are reasonable and I always get my monies worth. And he is one of the few boxing personal trainers! I was lucky to find him!
