Dan is terrific. I've only just begun working with him but already can tell that I'll benefit from his training. He focuses on functional training, understanding your body and your strengths and being conscious of health - from what you are eating, how much you are walking, etc. He keeps things moving during your session, provides you with a wealth of info, and ends each session with great stretching and a quick chair massage, which is awesome. Recommended!

I love training with Tricia! She has been training me for about 4 months now and I'm VERY happy with the results. I've lost inches and weight, and I even have toned muscles that I never had before! I've lost weight in the past doing Weight Watchers, but I never did any strength training like this! I can do "REAL" push-ups now instead of having to be on my knees! I feel great and know I would not have pushed myself to get here without Tricia. I would recommend her to anyone!

My fiance had been training with Tiffany for about 7 months before I decided to join. i had never done Olympic lifting or crossfit and was intimidated by the thought of it. Tiffany was very welcoming and attentive on my first day of training. She explained the different positions verbally first and then she demonstrated them All the while giving tips and pointers. I immediately felt comfortable and trusting of her abilities. If I didn't get something the first few times, she was quick to find another way to explain it. I've only been working out for a month with her and am already seeing results. The atmosphere is fun and light hearted...however, she does have expectations for you to work hard and give it all you have. She has a great passion that shines through in her work. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants us all to succeed on our wellness journey.
I contacted Jill about hiring an in home personal trainer for my 75 year old mother after she had achilles surgery and was done with physical therapy but still unable to function comfortably in everyday life. My mom has been training with Nicki for a few months (she told me in the beginning she was just going to do "a few sessions") and has improved wonderfully. My mother likes to say she "gave up a cruise" to train with Nicki, but she insists it is totally worth it! My mother is not an easy one to please, and was a hard sell for training in the first place. Kudos to Nicki for winning her over and making a difference!

Warzone Training Grounds has provided me everything that I need to get in shape on my schedule. The different classes allow me to balance both work and my home life. The instructors are very knowledgeable and good at motivating you to push past your previous limits.

Being a yoga instructor, working out is nothing new to me. But in finding Ryan, I got serious about lifting weights to couple my yoga practice and cycling. I have practiced yoga since 1999 and could not shift my body in the way I wanted to. This all changed with adding workouts with Ryan. I have been working out with Ryan since 2009 and my body has completely shifted. I have lost 30+ lbs and went from a size 10-12 to 4-6. Being consistent with one-on-one training gives me the motivation to keep all of my life in balance. Doing just one type of practice is not enough for everyone. Ryan reads my moods, my body, and my needs and develops workouts that fit where I am on that given day. He cares about me as a person as well as my fitness. Try a workout with Ryan.
