I provide one-on-one personal fitness training to get you right and fit to travel to my location at $85 per session. I provide online video training sessions that you do from the comfort of your own home for $60 per session. You must have access to the Internet and video capabilities. I highly recommend Wesley as a personal trainer. I have been diagnosed as having osteopenia. Physicians have recommended a sustained program of exercise along with medication to strengthen my bones.
