From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. He clearly knew what he was doing and got straight to work on my washer and dryer. What I really appreciated was how efficient he was. The entire job was done in just a couple of hours, and everything was working perfectly by the time he left. On top of that, his pricing was very fair, especially considering the distance he traveled and the quality of the work. Rolando M. says, "I used Thumbtack application several times over the past few years and so far so good..and I was fortunate to hire a repair technician on the first case basis without wasting a lot of time in picking and choosing . Prior to hiring, I took my time to read /evaluate the reviews with full of great informations.. Ben’s name came up with a reputable and awesome reviews. So without much hesitation, I put my repair request on my Bosh dishwasher that creates a weird loud noise at the start or throughout wash cycles. (Within less than a minute of my request, Ben called me (texted me as well) right away to inquiry on my dishwasher issue and he offered to come up that day and he arrived at my place within an hour. He has a good polite manner and quite knowledgeable since he’s able to resolved and fixed my Dishwasher. After pushing out the entire dishwasher , disassembling , attempted to fix the noise issue in multiples tries that he determined that it will require a motor replacement and needed to be ordered that will take a few days (or possibly weeks ). With the holiday around the corner and my family coming over - there will a lot of dishes to tackle . Luckily in just two days the motor arrived and Ben was able to install it which fixed the noise issue. In addition, he also fixed the leaky hose. He worked quietly with intense focus, communicates well, good customer interaction, mastery of his trade, prompt, and true to his words (reliable). Highly recommended Ben !!"See more

Both the range and refrigerator were worked on, the assessment was a new water pump for for the ice maker and new mother board for the range. Fixed, and after $1200. The Fridge was making ice before the pump failed and water poured out of the ice maker. Replacing the pump stopped the water issue but now no ice. The range mother board was replaced yet we’re still getting an error code. I called and was told we need a $400 ice maker and additional secondary mother board for the range! I took the ice maker out myself because I could get the part was 170 through GE. But realized that the spring that holds the arm that stops making ice when full was not in its proper place. Now I have ice after almost spending an additional 400 an ice maker that was not needed and working prior to the repair for the pump was done. This experience was like taking my car to the mechanic for a new head light bulb and being told my exhaust system needed was needed.
