I hired Kosterna Construction to do various drywall projects, including building the framing and insulating the walls. They also put in support beams where needed, built a sub floor for tile in the kitchen, installed an exterior door with frame, built frames/molding around windows, evened out a sloping floor/ ceiling. I was able to buy my own materials and paid them for the labor. They are very experienced in all new construction and remodeling. Very nice, reliable, easy to work with. I thought they did great work for a fair price and plan on hiring them for future projects! attached are some photos

The completed job was of high quality craftsmanship. He will advise and work with you on all aspects of the job - end result: floors are beautiful and he saved me money.

Right on, from start to finish. Prompt reply when I asked to get a quote/come see the project. Demo'd powder room floor, installed new marble floor tiles...was so happy with the work (it's beautiful) I asked to add on installing new faucet, and put in two new junction boxes for new lights/sconces I purchased. Was going to have Marek paint the room as well, but I'm undecided on colors! I have a small project in the kitchen I need done in the near future, and I will definitely have Marek do the work. Very neat & tidy during the project. Great communication with Gracie before/during/after the project.

We contracted for the renovation of our guest bathroom. Darwin was on the project every day. On our bathroom Darwin personally did 95% of the project. Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, tiling. They are both focused on making sure their client is happy. When they encountered 3 layers of flooring that needed to be removed prior to the installation of the new porcelain floor tile they tore it out and proceed with their schedule. Cindy stopped by daily to check on progress and schedule. In addition, she works alongside cutting tile etc. Excellent workmanship, hard working and trustworthy Company.

Luis is very professional and responsive. The job was done very thoroughly and professionally. He came on time and finished job on time as communicated. His price was the best one compare to other bidders. On top of installation job, He also helped me to pick right carpet and color for my house though i didn't have enough knowledge on how to choose one. I would strongly recommend Luis for carpet installation and i am sure you won't regret it.

The Job: About 800sqft, prefinished hardwood floor installation plus baseboards and wood vents. The Results: Floors look fantastic. I met John for an estimate on Saturday, he began working the following Monday and was finished by Tuesday night. He assessed my needs, explained the complexity of the job and even offered up ideas to some issues I hadn't even thought about. He was very easy to work with, was very knowledgeable about his craft and I felt more than comfortable giving him the job even though he was not the lowest rate I could find. I have gone the route of using the cheapest labor I could find and you just don't get the quality of service or the speed that John was able to provide. If you're already spending a good deal of money on your materials, don't make the mistake of hiring just anybody. There is no way to fix a bad installation and your beautiful flooring won't look nearly as beautiful as it should. He also had ideas for other areas of the house and promised to give me some referrals for the work (kitchen cabinets/stair case). He was a pleasure to work with, you can't go wrong in hiring him.

Andy and his team were exceptional! They arrived early to begin work. The sanding and refinish was 1 1/2 days since I was having my existing hardwood floors done. I had just purchased my house and wanted to install hardwood flooring for 2 bedrooms a hall way and my living room, martin was here on time the day we shedule he was very helpful in helping me choose the color, he provided me with samples of colors and gave me suggestions. I'm super satisfied with my new floors, definetly will rehire for future projects.

Neal Sherman is amazing! He is everything you want in a home improvement project! I had my all my hardwood floors sanded, stained and 3 coats of finish done in my ranch. The floors look brand new. Neal, is honest, punctual, fair and makes sure the job gets done right without trying to add cost or cut corners. His work is meticulous. He took 5 days and did it right. A couple days sanding and the 2 coats of stain and letting it dry and the a few coats of polyurethane. I can't say enough! You will not be disappointed. Thank you Neal, it was a pleasure talking with you and being taken cafe of!!!

I've hired Dirty Deeds for a complete Kitchen remodel - including taking a section of load bearing wall, installing hardwood floors, all new plumbing, electrical, new lighting, etc. Joan and his crew was more than professional and resulted in an amazing job.

As a general contractor myself, I've dealt with many flooring contractors but working with Hardwood and Co has been the best experience hands down! This project was a townhouse we are flipping and the floors were in despair, but I cannot believe the transformation. I plan on working with Hardwood and Co for all future hardwood refinishing projects.
