When we first met with Patrick we were skeptical at first. But after trying to keep a regular workout schedule ourselves and not seeing results we decided to give him a try. He was able to devise an exercise routine and diet that was tailor made for us, taking into consideration our limitations and injuries. We found his idea of dieting and calorie counting a bit challenging. In fact, we hated it. We hated all of his diet suggestions. But once we figured out what foods worked for us, keeping us full and staying within our calorie count; we started to see results and we had enough energy throughout the day and to not feel hungry at night. We both started with our clothes fitting a bit snug and looking sloppy. Today we STILL dont fit into our clothes. However, were proud to say theres a lot more room in them now. Aside from being leaner and meaner, our faces and skin look alot better and we feel better. Patrick has motivated us to eat better, keep fit, and stay in shape and not order a lot of pizza. Weve maintained our routine cardio and circuit training, make better food choices on a daily basis and even purchased a Reebok Stepper. His plan works. Thanks Patrick!!!!

One of the best things about working with JT is that he listens; he listens to your goals, assesses any fears or past injuries you may have had, and creates an effective fitness and nutrition plan specifically tailored for you. His personable approach makes him the best trainer I've ever had.

Josh is great to work with for your fitness needs. My husband and I hired him for at home personal training. He uses customized exercises to help my husband and I reach our fitness goals. Additionally, he has a great positive energy that helps us get in the right mindset. I love training with Tricia! She has been training me for about 4 months now and I'm VERY happy with the results. I've lost inches and weight, and I even have toned muscles that I never had before! I've lost weight in the past doing Weight Watchers, but I never did any strength training like this! I can do "REAL" push-ups now instead of having to be on my knees! I feel great and know I would not have pushed myself to get here without Tricia. I would recommend her to anyone!

I've been training with Tiffany for nearly a year now and can not believe what my body has done in that time. Not only has she helped me become stronger physically but also mentally. I go into these workouts knowing that it's going to be hard but also that it's going to be awesome and I'm going to feel like I've accomplished something I used to think would be impossible. She's been such a huge support, not only through the actual training sessions, but also through diet and everyday challenges. She's totally tailored my workouts to accommodate knee issues that I've had for many years and works with me everyday to figure out ways around my restriction. I contacted Jill about hiring an in home personal trainer for my 75 year old mother after she had achilles surgery and was done with physical therapy but still unable to function comfortably in everyday life. My mom has been training with Nicki for a few months (she told me in the beginning she was just going to do "a few sessions") and has improved wonderfully. My mother likes to say she "gave up a cruise" to train with Nicki, but she insists it is totally worth it! My mother is not an easy one to please, and was a hard sell for training in the first place. After having a spinal fusion on my lower back roughly 6 months ago and undergoing several months of physical therapy at one of the larger health centers; one of my friends introduced me to GI Jane fitness. I asked Jane what she could do to help me get back into shape and strengthen my core & back. She challenged me to eat better and workout appropriately for my situation. I choose Jane to help in my rehabilitation and after working with her for a short time she has been able to get me walking several miles each week and eating healthier than I have in years. She takes her responsibility of helping/training others seriously and worked with me to tailor a specific training regime that would work for my busy schedule and time constraints. I was a little apprehensive at first, but her technique and ability to challenge me to become stronger and healthier in general has been a huge success. The one thing she told me once is, It may be tough, but I will help you get through it. That saying encapsulates everything about Jane and her abilities.

Once in a while you meet someone who is able to inspire you the way Alex does! I started training with Alex having no experience with fitness/working out...my first day, I joked saying "I want to lose 50 pounds" I didn't believe it would ever happen (I've always been the chubby girl) Alex taught me all about what I could do, taught me the things I need to be eating, and what limits I could push myself to! In 9 months I lost 50 pounds! He was my coach, my therapist, my champion when I was down! In many ways my best friend! He pushed me, never let me give up! To this day I know I can call him anytime and he will be there for me! He has seen me through my toughest times! So yes sometimes you meet someone who is a game changer, that's Alex!
Nancy is a fabulous trainer and fitness professional. She has vast knowledge of exercise as well as the nutrition needed to get you to your goals. Her workouts will keep you motivated and you will never be bored! Fitness and health are clearly her passion. I highly recommend her!
I have worked with Steve on and off for the past 3 years. Having been a dancer my while life, I wanted to train with someone who understood the importance of core balance, along with being able to push someone to achieve their goals through a variety of different exercises you really don't see others using in the gym. He made our workouts fun, but focused and intense. I sought out a trainer because I had put on a lot of weight since I stopped dancing regularly as I did when I was in college. I ballooned up to over 170lbs and decided I wanted to take back my health, and look like I did when I was in college. I sought out and found the right trainer. Steve is exceptional at what he does, and I would highly recommend him. He kept me strict on the nutrition aspect, and always had me tell him what I was planning on eating after workouts, and what I had been eating since I last saw him. This really kept on my toes and made me accountable in what I do when I'm not training with him. After all the hard work, I lost over 30lbs and hit my weight and fitness goals!! I definitely recommend Steve to help you do the same!
I contacted the GymGuyz because I'm serious about losing weight and getting in shape without having to go to a gym or use a bunch of large equipment. So far I've had 6 sessions and each session has been completely different, I have not repeated any exercises, which is great because I'm getting a full body workout every time, without having to repeat the same exercises. I feel like I am getting the most out of each session, because my trainer pushes me to my potential, something I could not do on my own. I'm doing this for results, and my trainer has designed a workout tailored to the results I want. My trainer is also very knowledgeable about fitness and eating healthy and is passing his knowledge onto me. I'm very happy with my experience, and I would recommend the GymGuyz to anyone who is serious about losing weight or getting in shape.
Marc is the best trainer you'll be lucky enough to meet. I've been training with him for almost 2 years and he is always on time and full of expert information, exercises and varied routines to make the most progress. In addition to being the most experienced and knowledgeable trainer you could hope to find with a genuine passion for fitness, he is also very honest and a very nice person.
Karrie is the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. She looks at the whole situation and has all the right solutions. She really cares and it shows. She’s helped to strengthen and stabilize my knees after double knee replacement and helped with weight loss, food and nutrition training as well as supplement information You don’t need to go to a gym as she can and will bring the gym to you. She can and does do it all! She is all round amazing. I would highly recommend her to anyone who would like personalized training.
