Latest Review: I was doing high intensity interval training, which caused serious injuries to my knee and shoulder, so I wanted to get back into full body resistance training and cardio. After reading reviews, I chose Dan. It has been a wonderful ride ever since. He's very smart, thoughtful, and incredibly enthusiastic. He spends a great deal of time tracking your numbers so that there is genuine accountability as to the extent of your progress. After I saw the orthopedist about my shoulder and went to physical therapy, Dan took the recommended physical therapy exercises and integrated them directly into my workouts. Very creative; very cool. He's easy to communicate by text or email, and incredibly responsive. He's also very knowledgeable about the Chicago performing arts scene, which I enjoy discussing with him. Bottom line: I'm getting stronger; feeling more fit and confident; and not getting injured. Dan's been great.

Latest Review: Trent is a VERY nice person and an Awesome trainer! He's on time, PROFESSIONAL, and I enjoy my workouts! He's concerned about any Health issues you may have...And takes that into consideration during your workout! I had knee surgery and lower back issues! If I can't do an exercise, he looks for an alternative one! He knows when to give you that extra push and know when to ease up!! Trent is concerned about your diet and what your PUTTING into your body as well! That's very important because when you eat healthy you get better workouts and faster results!! He Monitors your heart rate before and after workouts. I've been working out with Trent for several weeks and I'm getting compliments about the results already!! I mean REALLY I couldn't have asked for a better trainer!! 😊

Latest Review: I highly recommend Coach Qwik for anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals. He's a great fitness and life motivator and pushes you to do better. Despite the hard work he makes you put in, I am always excited for my next session. I couldn't see myself with another trainer/coach.

Latest Review: Soooo, everyone. I’ve been working with Ryan for almost a year now and he has completely changed my life. I’ve been working out on and off for the better portion of 10 years but never seemed to be getting any results. Right before I saw Ryan I was at my heighest weight ever and not in a very good mental spot. I don’t come from a lifting background so the idea of going to a PT who had such a background in it was overwhelming, but he eased me into it and now I can’t imagine not lifting. And lifting also helped change my mental attitude cause since I’m physically stronger I feel so much more mentally strong. As a trainer he’s very relatable, not at all stuffy (like some trainers can be) yet always manages to kick my ass, you’d be stupid not to train with Ryan.

He takes the time to get to know you, your goals and where you're starting from so that he can build a plan that's most effective for your individual needs. In workouts focused on teaching proper form, while being very patient and never making you feel dumb. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Latest Review: Pelzfit is the BEST personal Training you can get in the city. I am an avid runner and I was hesitant to use a trainer at first but figured I would try having Eric Pelz help me improve my performance. Eric is an exceptional trainer that always keeps the sessions fun. I have not gained or lost any weight, but I came to him to improve my running form by strengthening my core. He has been able to get me to hold a Plank (on your elbows and toes) for 3:10 minutes from a dismal 45 seconds. My marathon running times have also improved, finally getting into the Boston Marathon after 10 years. Some reasons why he is the BEST personal trainer in Chicago. 1. He is always willing to work with my schedule 2. He travels to you, but also has a gym if you like to switch it up 3. He is very knowledgable about fitness and core sprecifics 4. Eric knows how far to push you, and then just a little further before you want to give up. I will continue to have Eric train me in the future.
