My trainer is kind and encouraging - but also no-nonsense. She holds me to a high standard of effort, helps correct my form and keeps me on task. Even though the workouts are a challenge, I always feel like my trainer is on my side and sincerely wants to see me reach my goals. Sessions also include insightful talks that help me make better choices and transform old habits. Raheem is a great trainer, definitely worth it! Ive worked with trainers before who seem to have a cookie cutter workout for everyone but this isnt the case with this trainer! He always has something new for me to do and it feels like he is tailoring my workout to my specific goals. He is very easy going and you can tell he takes pride in his craft!

I was doing high intensity interval training, which caused serious injuries to my knee and shoulder, so I wanted to get back into full body resistance training and cardio. After reading reviews, I chose Dan. It has been a wonderful ride ever since. He's very smart, thoughtful, and incredibly enthusiastic. He spends a great deal of time tracking your numbers so that there is genuine accountability as to the extent of your progress. After I saw the orthopedist about my shoulder and went to physical therapy, Dan took the recommended physical therapy exercises and integrated them directly into my workouts. Very creative; very cool. He's easy to communicate by text or email, and incredibly responsive. He's also very knowledgeable about the Chicago performing arts scene, which I enjoy discussing with him. Bottom line: I'm getting stronger; feeling more fit and confident; and not getting injured. Dan's been great.
Raven is a amazing trainer, he knows what works for you by developing a highly personal plan. As a former Army Ranger Raven understands the importance of physical fitness as well mental toughness. Unlike most trainers he also understands that you can't out train your diet and emphasizes the benefit and importance of nutrition.
Love this place. Andrew is the man! I've been to lots of gyms over the years, and he has been the best trainer! I can't say enough good things about him. I hate working out and usually end up quitting because it gets boring or I just lose motivation. Andrew keeps it interesting and makes me want to come back every week. Dare I say he makes working out FUN?! Every session is different so you don't get bored doing the same thing over and over like with some trainers. He's very personable and talks to you the whole time which makes the sessions fly by. All of the exercises are challenging, making you actually work hard unlike some trainers who I feel like never pushed me to challenge myself. He's constantly motivating me when some times I feel like jello and just want to give up. He's very easy to talk to so it's not weird or awkward having someone train you one on one which was my biggest fear. It's a very laid back environment with him but he makes sure you're working hard while you're there at the same time. Beyond just working out, he's taught me a lot about diet and nutrition as well. The gym itself is very clean and organized. He actually cares about his clients which is a lot more than I can say for some other trainers. I highly recommend checking him out, you won't regret it!
Elijah is one of the most deligent and professional trainers that I have come across in recent years!! His work ethic is amazing coupled with his knowledge and continued quest for learning is truly inspirational!!! Long live the 5am workouts!!
I love training with Tricia! She has been training me for about 4 months now and I'm VERY happy with the results. I've lost inches and weight, and I even have toned muscles that I never had before! I've lost weight in the past doing Weight Watchers, but I never did any strength training like this! I can do "REAL" push-ups now instead of having to be on my knees! I feel great and know I would not have pushed myself to get here without Tricia. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have been having exceptional experience with my trainer Mike Blaze. He is exceptionally professional , punctual, and patient. I am working with Mike to get my run time to 16 minutes for 2 miles and he is not only making me work towards it but also have inculcated really good healthy habits within me. Healthy eating and exercising regularly have been incorporated within my lifestyle. My running form was extremely bad but with his drills, I can sense an easiness while running that I didn't have before. I will recommend Mike to anyone who is trying to get into exercising or want to improve himself/herself.

He is encouraging and challenging. Everyone at Fit For All is so welcoming and friendly!! Juan is an INCREDIBLE trainer! Besides the fact that he makes training FUN, he understands body mechanics and working around injuries. He always ensures exercises are done RIGHT and that form always comes first!!! I laugh my whole workout (ok maybe not the really hard parts) and always leave smiling, albeit sweaty, after our workouts!

Roy does a great job customizing the work outs to your particular needs including the kinds of sports and other activities you engage in. His focus is on practical things like agility and balance that we all need and use in our daily lives. Roy also is a big student and advocate of motion which is the overarching context for each session. You won't go wrong with Roy.
I have trained with Chris twice. Th first time I had to stop due to lack of time. I looked him up again because he was effective. I was really happy with the changes I saw in my body. This time around is no different. I lost 2% body fat in the first week. Before we begin each session he asks me how I feel and if anything hurts. He tailors my workouts based on my feedback. I've had other trainers but none have have even bothered to ask how I'm feeling. They've had some program that I have to follow. This is what sets him apart from the other trainers and it is what makes him particularly effective. Every session is different so I never get bored. Not only am I losing weight but I am also learning more about fitness. I can utilize that knowledge to tailor my own workouts outside of my sessions with him. I'm really happy with the sessions and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a change in their lives.

Trent is a VERY nice person and an Awesome trainer! He's on time, PROFESSIONAL, and I enjoy my workouts! He's concerned about any Health issues you may have...And takes that into consideration during your workout! I had knee surgery and lower back issues! If I can't do an exercise, he looks for an alternative one! He knows when to give you that extra push and know when to ease up!! Trent is concerned about your diet and what your PUTTING into your body as well! That's very important because when you eat healthy you get better workouts and faster results!! He Monitors your heart rate before and after workouts. I've been working out with Trent for several weeks and I'm getting compliments about the results already!! I mean REALLY I couldn't have asked for a better trainer!! 😊
