Taking the chance to build her name in the food industry, Katie Simmons was motivated to pursue her interest by fellow chefs and foodie friends. Now, she offers services to families and couples with special diet needs.
I am excited to share huge array of flavors and ingredients we can enjoy. I cook for vegan diets, low/no sugar and oil, gluten-free, "clean-eating", and the common allergens of soy, peanuts, eggs, and dairy.
Besides cooking professionally for families, Katie likewise finds joy in teaching cooking class. She had a grilling class last summer, her favorite project to date.
Katie is known for her plant-powered, whole-foods recipes. No animals, dairy, oil, syrups, or sweeteners. Katie makes use of just plants, and all her dishes are tasty and well-prepared. She believes that healthy eating should taste good.
