Latest Review: I began training with Sam while I was a sophomore in high school. As a competitive tennis player, I was hoping to gain an extra edge through strength training. Sam is unbelievable at helping you achieve your goals. I was able to add muscle mass, shed fat, increase my speed, and ultimately achieve a healthier lifestyle. I am a junior in college now and still train with Sam to this day. Sam is personable, funny, and most importantly an expert in his field. I highly recommend training with Sam – as it had fundamentally changed my life.
