I started training with Michael 7 months ago. I hadn't been in a gym for years and Michael has made me feel comfortable and has kept my work outs moving forward and varied. My training has given me back strength, balance and confidence. He incorporates warm-up,workout and then stretcing into my sessions. I look forward to my sesions and trust Michael to keep setting up my goals and adapting my workouts to my needs. Highly rx.

Never experienced anything like this before in a fitness Family. They care about you physically, mentally emotionally. I never feel judged about my abilities. The trainers work with you individually to get results. I have back issues and they worked my program to strengthen my back w/o feeling any discomfort while training. I have not had to use any pain meds in over 5 month because of the training from ARC. They are truly there for you any time you need them. Uplifting group of trainers. Not only do the trainers cheer on your success , but the other ARC clients cheer you on, lift you up if your down and make you feel cared about! 10 👍!!!!!!
I have been training at Rich Ford's classes for 8 months. I have truly enjoyed each workout. You do both strength training as well as cardio. Each time you have different routines so you never get bored. Rich challenges when you need it but also gives alternative excersises to people that have sensitivity to some routines. Such as back, neck or shoulder problems. The class is for all ages and fitness levels. I have seen an improvement in my total body. He also has nutrition plans that can go along with your workout plan. I would highly recommend Rich Ford.
Bob is awesome. Looking for strength training, weight loss and lifestyle change. He is working in each aspect at my pace. Accountability is the best part. Twice a week we review nutrition and cardio. Then we do a strength training workout. Goal is to get off some medicines and improve health. 6 weeks in and glad I started.
I have some major musculoskeletal problems and I am getting thorough, knowledgeable attention to my training. The program is changing day to day, always challenging but not overdoing it.
Jack has trained me and my husband for five years. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is a wonderful person and a great coach. He pushes us when we need it, but always in an affirming, positive way. Every training session my husband and I work hard, sweat and sometimes doubt our ability to do something, but we always end the workout with a smile and a feeling of satisfaction at having accomplished more than we thought we could. I'm in better shape, have more energy, and the accountability that's built into the program helps me stay on track to meet my goals even when I have an off day. All of that, plus Janelle is a kind and professional person to work with. Everything is catered to the goals you have as the trainee. She learns how to push you in a way that is challenging and productive without leaving you feeling discouraged after a tough session, an issue I've struggled with since trying to get back in shape. Just Stay Strong Fitness is just all around amazing. It is a breath of fresh air seeing a young African-American male out here helping and motivating others around him. I'm pushed hard beyond my limits to reach my gains and always motivated and appreciated for my efforts. Mr. Moorman is very attentive when it comes to training others and is always open to suggestions to make it a more comfortable experience. He has a workout plan for every week to help you reach the next level. He's also there for you in the night if you need a workout buddy or spotter.
Danny is awesome! I've been training with him for about a month and a half. It's challenging and fun. Danny is always most supportive. The best part is that he genuinely cares. I'm seeing results and I love that he personalizes the workout and nutrition. I highly recommend him!
Ryan kicks my ass in training!!! Although one of the most challenging full body work outs I've ever gotten, he always makes it fun and funny. He's got a great sense of humor but is very professional, punctual, and responsive to my needs as a trainee. I highly recommend Ryan if you're looking to change your relationship with fitness and get a kickass, fun workout.

I have been training at Hoffacker for over five years now. Their staff is very professional and takes a personal interest in my health and well being. Training sessions are tailored to my individual needs for that day, which not only keeps things fun but also speaks to their flexibility and knowledge of my strengths and weaknesses, injuries, or aches and pains. I would highly recommend them to anyone who truly is looking for a "personal" trainer.
My husband and I are well into our 2nd year of working with Eric to lead healthier and stronger lives. During that time I have gone from barely walking because of arthritis to being fairly active. My husband has made great strides in his strength and well being also. We are in our 70s and how we wish we had met Eric earlier. We were spiraling downward pretty fast when we began our journey with Eric. He urges us on and always helps us to appreciate even small changes in our strength. I have also painlessly lost 36# since I have been working with Eric. Someone actually motivated to lose weight could have easily lost twice as much. We recommend Eric for anyone looking to focus on becoming healthier and stronger. Whatever your age he will lead you where you need to go.
Our son has really enjoyed working with Bruce. He has learned everything from breathing techniques and strength training to nutritional education and endurance skills. Only 8 weeks in and our son's soaring confidence and skill level have exceeded our expectations.
This is a great facility with great programs but more importantly the owners are people who truly care about you and your health and well being. They are extremely knowledgeable and will help and encourage you throughout your journey. There is no such thing as a magic pill to take to instantly become fit. You have to work out more than once and eat a balanced diet for more than a day if you want to get into shape. At the Workhorse Gym you will get sound (and certified) nutritional advice, workout advice, instruction on how to properly and safely use resistance training to really up your fat burning game, and the best darn cheerleaders ever to help motivate you when you just aren't feeling it. This is a no judgement zone and I feel perfectly comfortable pouring my lumpy, bumpy gut into spandex leggings and getting my sweat on during a cardio kickboxing class or strength training. My lumpy is going away, I'm seeing booty gains, and I can always count on Ron to see when I am about to throw in the towel and give me that last little push and voice of encouragement to make it those last 30 seconds or lift that one last heavy rep.

I have had several strength training sessions with Chris and I have been impressed with both his knowledge of fitness and skill in working with me. He knows how to walk the fine line between pushing me to achieve greater than I thought I could do and yet not so much as to over do it. He is also extremely encouraging and positive minded--I have really benefitted from this as well. Overall, I am developing a renewed vision and optimism for what is possible.
