Latest Review: I read about Zach having a injury. I wanted to work with someone who would understand the frustration of having an injury. I, myself, had an injury which led to some stiffness that I have tried to address for a few years with not a lot of success. Zach seemed interested in helping me tackle the problem no matter what the odds were and took a lot of time to understand what I needed to succeed. He is very knowledgeable, and very honest. If he needs more information or clarity about your situation, he will do the research and find out. I am not what I would call myself the typical guy who just needs to be trained. I have body connectivity, balance, and co-ordination issues to boot. I got all the trophies...LOL!!! Zach said he would work with me to help me get to my goals of co-ordination, balance, weight loss, and flexibility, so I can play the sports I have wanted to play and get back to some sports/hobbies that I have wanted to do. I have lost over twenty pounds since April. I feel better, have more energy, and most important, I have hope that between the two of us I will achieve the goals I have set so I can function and play on teams and do the outdoor activities I love to do. He is more than just a coach. He will partner with you to see that you succeed and will help with the research to reach your goals. He is very personable and cordial. He is an easy guy to work with and always looks for the positive in anything we do. I couldn't have asked for anymore!

Latest Review: I have been training at Rich Ford's classes for 8 months. I have truly enjoyed each workout. You do both strength training as well as cardio. Each time you have different routines so you never get bored. Rich challenges when you need it but also gives alternative excersises to people that have sensitivity to some routines. Such as back, neck or shoulder problems. The class is for all ages and fitness levels. I have seen an improvement in my total body. He also has nutrition plans that can go along with your workout plan. I would highly recommend Rich Ford.

Latest Review: Jack has trained me and my husband for five years. I highly recommend him to anyone. He is a wonderful person and a great coach. He pushes us when we need it, but always in an affirming, positive way. Every training session my husband and I work hard, sweat and sometimes doubt our ability to do something, but we always end the workout with a smile and a feeling of satisfaction at having accomplished more than we thought we could. Go for it!!

Latest Review: Just Stay Strong Fitness is just all around amazing. It is a breath of fresh air seeing a young African-American male out here helping and motivating others around him. I'm pushed hard beyond my limits to reach my gains and always motivated and appreciated for my efforts. Mr. Moorman is very attentive when it comes to training others and is always open to suggestions to make it a more comfortable experience. He has a workout plan for every week to help you reach the next level. He's also there for you in the night if you need a workout buddy or spotter.

Latest Review: I really enjoyed training with Elizabeth. I had hit a plateau in my fitness and she was able get me a good training routine which helped propel my level of fitness ASAP!!!. She always gave me good feed back and pointers in my workouts, (correcting my form, speed of my repetitions, and keeping my rest time minimal between exercises). She is extremely knowledgeable in weight training and yoga, great motivator, and she will get you results, a true pleasure to work with. Aaron W.

Latest Review: The sessions have been great so far, getting us to actually push ourselves to do better while giving us awesome at home exercises. The gym is fantastic- low key, clean, plenty of equipment- and very reasonably priced compared to places like the YMCA. Ryan keeps us motivated to keep working out and eating right. Overall it has been a great well rounded approach to getting fit.

Latest Review: I went to John after a few injuries looking to get stronger in my 3 main lifts; squat, bench, deadlift. He put together a simple, yet challenging program to correct my imbalances, build my weaknesses, and reach my platform goals. I felt the program was personalized for me and my abilities to grow as an athlete. He is very knowledgeable and aware of the mechanics needed for each lift with a willingness to try new training techniques. He also keeps track of reps, calculates the weight on the bar correctly, and always catches the barbell when I fail. (Thank you)

    Latest Review: I had never exercised regularly but had stayed trim until I turned 50. I tried 2 or 3 trainers before I was referred to Trainer Bob. He has pushed me to tone and strengthen my body and helped to make strength training enjoyable with results. Bob encouraged me to food-log, increase cardio exercise and to improve my diet. I am extremely pleased with the results and feel motivated to maintain this new life style. Thanks, Bob, for the encouragement.
