Donna is a very knowledgeable and caring professional. She has been able to help me not only get in shape but also improve my joint mobility. She provides very thorough information on any exercise she has you do and provides modifications if needed. This woman is also hilarious. I think I was an interesting case for Kate I have cerebral palsy , classified as a disability this condition can affect the body in many different ways. If left untreated or not dealt with properly A person can have a very poor Quality of life. Kate was willing to take me on without not having dealt with cerebral palsy before and boy did she succeed. She is always eager to try new things , And together both trainer and client came up with a routine that was helpful in all fields I am a type a person needs motivation, Positive reinforcement, and the understanding of what I’m doing and it’s benefits, to attempt something as difficult as physical exercise Kate provided all three of these during our sessions. With a willingness to be taught herself and learn from others, she is a great personal trainer and I would recommend her to anyone with or without a disability. I am so thankful she was willing to take me on as a client. I am also very thankful for her effort and patience with someone like myself with the physical condition that I have
