Mark has been a great instructor and I've learned a lot from him so far. Every week he works with me during the lesson and is very patient. He gives me homework in a "building block" method that is easy to follow and slowly builds on the previous lessons. If you're thinking of taking guitar lessons, give Mark a call and you'll be playing before you know it!!

My 10-YO and I are both taking lessons from Phil. Over the course of the past 2 years we've found him to be consistent, caring, and constructive. We never feel rushed during class and always leave with specific and constructive feedback for improvement. I'm particularly impressed with his pacing - sometimes my child gets frustrated and wants to quit. He changes up tactics/homework so guitar lessons continue to be challenging, yet FUN. He's in it for the long haul - knowing he is creating and strengthening a love of music in kids....and adults!

I am a third year student studying at the University of Cincinnati: College-Conservatory of Music. I couldn't be more thankful for the time in which I had my lessons with David. Truly, if it weren't for his help, I wouldn't be in music school today. David is not only incredibly talented, but is also an incredibly versatile and personal individual. One of the best things about David is that he always goes the extra mile. He won't stop at simply training your voice; he will tackle your fears! If you're afraid of singing or playing in front of people, he's going to find a stage to put you on. He could have stuck with just performing, but to put it simply, David is the type that can't resist sharing his knowledge with others. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking lessons in the Indianapolis area. 5/5

Sabrina is teaching piano to my Kindergarten-aged twins. She is great with young kids and their parents. She's very flexible with her teaching, willing to adapt to the style that fits them best. The lessons have included a conga drum to learn keeping time, as well as opening up the piano to show how the inside works. The learning environment in her home is very relaxing, and helps to calm my very energetic boys. When my boys do get distracted, she can effectively rein them back in or use their curiosity as a teachable moment when appropriate.

Excellent guitar instructor. Every lesson session conducted with professionalism. Really great teaching techniques that allow for fast learning. For dedicated students, you will sound like you have been playing for years with only a few lesson sessions!!

Grant is a fantastic teacher. He always had something interesting for my lesson. His knowledge of music theory coupled with his skill on the guitar and his experience with teaching made him a perfect teacher. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for guitar lessons.

I offer years of experience. I can teach four, five and six strings, fretted or frettless. I teach theory, sheet music reading, and other valuable topics.

I teach acoustic and electric styles, and work under many genres. I teach how to read sheet music and give students a good understanding of the musicians language.

I teach piano, flute, oboe, clarinet and saxophone. I also teach music theory as well. I have been teaching piano for 36 years.

I conduct basic guitar lessons. I teach you the basic knowledge to be able to continue on your own without having to pursue advanced lessons.

We teach you not only chords and notes but also, while were teaching you chords, we teach you songs that you know, so you can learn faster. You can become the guitarist you want to be without months of training with a teacher.

I'm a guitar teacher that actually plays live music and has performed in the studio, and knows how to write and cover music. At just 21 years of age, I may seem young to be a guitar teaching professional, but I spent my youth studying the instrument, and I also bring a lot of energy into teaching which is crucial for staying positive in the learning process!

I teach lessons in music theory, composition, songwriting and piano performance. I have been studying music theory and the piano for 25 years, and I hold a bachelor's and master's degrees in music theory and composition. I have won numerous awards for my compositions and songwriting. If you are considering learning the piano or music theory, I would love to speak with you about how I may help you achieve your goals.

My name is Leighton Smith, and I've been playing guitar for 10 years. I am able to teach all styles, and my playing ranges from jazz to rock. I teach both children as well as adults.

I have actively been a part of the Lafayette community -- that is, in the musical department. I participated in Honors Choir and band at Faith Christian School, accompanied soloists for ISSMA as well as for the Bach Chorale Children's summer camp, and have studied privately for over 12 years. I was accepted into the music program at the private University of Indianapolis for music education and enjoyed my time there but am now working towards a management degree at the School of Krannert at Purdue University. Playing piano and singing have always been passions and hobbies of mine, so I would love to try teaching privately again.

I'm teaching guitar, bass and keyboard lessons. I have many years of teaching and professional experience in live performance and studio.

I feel that my welcoming personality and enthusiasm for sharing what I know are two things that set me apart from others.

I have 50 years of experience in playing bass, electric and acoustic guitars. I teach beginner, intermediate and professional lessons to ages from five to six years old and to the ageless. If you have a real interest and willingness to learn, I can teach you to play the guitar like a pro!!

I enjoy helping people to become life-long learners of music. I believe you can learn to have fun playing a musical instrument at any age. I teach electric, acoustic, and bass guitar lessons. I also teach brass instrument lessons.
