Silas is extremely knowledgable about fitness and nutrition. He provides clear instructions and demonstrates the exercises. He is able to quickly adjust an exercise to fit your ability. I have lost over 100 lbs while working with Silas! I highly recommend Silas as a personal trainer!
I didn't end up actually having Brad as my trainer but when we talked he was very nice and helpful! I love my trainer at Everyday Athletes. The facility it new and lots of different equipment to use! I plan on staying there a few months until i show progress and can't wait to see results!

I think I was an interesting case for Kate I have cerebral palsy , classified as a disability this condition can affect the body in many different ways. If left untreated or not dealt with properly A person can have a very poor Quality of life. Kate was willing to take me on without not having dealt with cerebral palsy before and boy did she succeed. She is always eager to try new things , And together both trainer and client came up with a routine that was helpful in all fields I am a type a person needs motivation, Positive reinforcement, and the understanding of what I’m doing and it’s benefits, to attempt something as difficult as physical exercise Kate provided all three of these during our sessions. With a willingness to be taught herself and learn from others, she is a great personal trainer and I would recommend her to anyone with or without a disability.
