I am working with Mark on guitar lessons. This will be a project for both of us. Very knowledgeable and professional. Walks through everything as much as needed at your pace. makes himself available for questions during the week. You can tell he has a passion for music and wants to share.
I sought out guitar lessons because I felt I'd reached the limit of what I could teach myself. After taking lessons with Gareth I've become a lot more confident in my playing and have greatly improved my understanding of guitar and music in general. The lessons are challenging but honestly it's a huge plus -- he teaches in a way that's designed to make you improve, and you don't get better at anything without pushing yourself. I've enjoyed lessons more than I thought I would and each makes for a fun hour to look forward to during the week. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gareth to anyone; novice, intermediate, touring pro, and bedroom virtuoso players can all benefit from his teaching.
My 10 year old son looks forward to guitar lessons with Brenda - she makes it fun while providing GREAT instruction!
She is kind and fun to work with. I look forward to my lessons as a time to learn to sing, and to just enjoy myself. She's good at balancing having a good time and having a professional lesson very well.
My 10-YO and I are both taking lessons from Phil. Over the course of the past 2 years we've found him to be consistent, caring, and constructive. We never feel rushed during class and always leave with specific and constructive feedback for improvement. I'm particularly impressed with his pacing - sometimes my child gets frustrated and wants to quit. He changes up tactics/homework so guitar lessons continue to be challenging, yet FUN. He's in it for the long haul - knowing he is creating and strengthening a love of music in kids....and adults!
Stephen is great to work with. He was willing to walk me through buying a guitar and amp to get started. Super excited for my lessons!
I am a third year student studying at the University of Cincinnati: College-Conservatory of Music. I couldn't be more thankful for the time in which I had my lessons with David. Truly, if it weren't for his help, I wouldn't be in music school today. David is not only incredibly talented, but is also an incredibly versatile and personal individual. One of the best things about David is that he always goes the extra mile. He won't stop at simply training your voice; he will tackle your fears! If you're afraid of singing or playing in front of people, he's going to find a stage to put you on. He could have stuck with just performing, but to put it simply, David is the type that can't resist sharing his knowledge with others. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking lessons in the Indianapolis area. 5/5
I made the leap to take my first guitar lessons without knowing anything about the instrument when I was 36 years old. With Sulaiman's expertise and patience, I learned to read music and play classical guitar as a soloist, as part of an ensemble, and as part of several musical productions that were composed by Sulaiman so that each musicians parts were written to their level of expertise. This has been so much more than just a guitar studio. Sulaiman and his family welcomed me into a musical environment where I was often pushed outside of my comfort zone, but always felt safe going there. Sulaiman's musical knowledge, technical prowess, and ability to understand people come together in a somewhat unconventional guitar studio where I learn to be a musician and learn about myself in the process.
I am a guitar/voice student with Bart at Reno's and he's great! I call him "The Song Doctor" because he revives songs I bring in with technique and great ideas! He is an amazing guitarist and patient teacher, even when I struggle. He knows music theory well and can teach this knowledge in an understandable and interesting way. Lessons are fun and non intimidating. Reno's Music is cool and I always feel welcome.
My granddaughters have been receiving piano and voice lessons for several years. They continually improve and love it! The enjoy participating in the plays and showcases and the family always has a great time when attending the extra activities, also.
I've had Rami as a guitar mentor for almost 2 years now, and his teaching methods are fantastic. He accommodates my crazy schedule, teaches at my individual knowledge/skill level and really ensures I understand the material. He is an incredibly talented musician, and I feel honored to be learning from him.
Sabrina is teaching piano to my Kindergarten-aged twins. She is great with young kids and their parents. She's very flexible with her teaching, willing to adapt to the style that fits them best. The lessons have included a conga drum to learn keeping time, as well as opening up the piano to show how the inside works. The learning environment in her home is very relaxing, and helps to calm my very energetic boys. When my boys do get distracted, she can effectively rein them back in or use their curiosity as a teachable moment when appropriate.
He is very patient, and he has lots of experience teaching guitar. He can customize his class for different students.

I have maintained a studio of dedicated students who are pleased with their progress and happily continue their studios. Their successes are a reflection of their hard work and the knowledge I give them.
I have actively been a part of the Lafayette community -- that is, in the musical department. I participated in Honors Choir and band at Faith Christian School, accompanied soloists for ISSMA as well as for the Bach Chorale Children's summer camp, and have studied privately for over 12 years. I was accepted into the music program at the private University of Indianapolis for music education and enjoyed my time there but am now working towards a management degree at the School of Krannert at Purdue University. Playing piano and singing have always been passions and hobbies of mine, so I would love to try teaching privately again.
Teaching each student with fun, effective techniques is what I do best. Not only will they learn, but they will also enjoy learning.
I excel not only reaching the instrument but also in understanding how to help my students to achvie their goals of taking lessons and playing music.
If you want to learn to play the bass guitar and perform in a band as a professional or learn to play just for the fun of it, bass guitarist Rick Bozzo teaches.
I feel that my welcoming personality and enthusiasm for sharing what I know are two things that set me apart from others.
