As I am in my senior years with some health issues, my workout has been customized to fit me. I have better strength, flexibility and stability since I have been continuing my workouts. I try to incorporate exercising into my daily routines to help with my strength training.
Chevy is the best trainer I've ever had - and I've had several! Never the same without twice - he keeps it fun! No matter what kinda mood I'm in, he gets me to stick with it and stay motivated!!! I recently moved and switched workout facilities. I was very apprehensive about going to a new place not knowing anyone. Needless to say I took one of Danielle's classes and she introduced herself before and chatted after class making me feel very welcome, not to mention her class challenged me! I started personal training with her and I'm hooked! Danielle's very goal orientated, introduces new routines, helps with diet and nutrition. She pushes me when I need it! I've enjoyed her personal training classes. Danielle focuses on helping you reach your personal goals! I've learned so much from her. She helped me establish a weight training program in addition targeting the entire body along with cardio. Danielle gives 100 percent and her high energy motivates everyone!
Jon reached out to me within an hour of my posting for a personal trainer on thumbtack. He offered me a free introductory workout to see if I liked him personally and his style. After the workout he had many different options for all types of budgets. I purchased a monthly package to start with but after a few workouts I know I will purchase another longer package when this expires. I highly recommend Jon if any is looking for a personal trainer.
I have trained with 3 different trainers but Jenna is the BEST by far. Ino the last 9 months since I started working out with her I have seen huge changes in the amount of muscle I have. She gives me homework to do on my days that I am not training with her. She coaches me on how to eat well. She goes above and beyond for all her clients, all while making it fun. She's awesome!!
This is my first time going through workouts with a personal trainer. Elle has been beyond everything I could have imagine. Going in to this I was nervous, didn't really know what to expect, but Elle has made me comfortable and reminds me day after day this is a process to a better lifestyle. She is patient but will push you when you need to be. She is great at informing you which muscles and parts of the body should be working during each exercise. Elle will help you understand the value in your everyday nutrition to get you back on the right path. I've been an avid runner for years and started body sculpt to strengthen my core. Within a year of following Liz' workouts, I took 9 minutes off of my best marathon time and qualified for Boston- 2 age groups below mine. Liz provides great direction and works all muscle groups. She also recognizes the varying degrees of participants' capabilities and provides alternatives to meet differing levels. Not only have I improved my marathon times, I also no longer suffer from lower back pain. While the classes are challenging, I love them and strongly recommend Liz and her classes to anyone- no matter what their current degree of fitness.
Almost a month of training and lost almost 10 pounds, his mantra of "fitness for the body mind and soul" gets me going even on days I feel down or I wan to give up. He is fun, always challenging me but at the same time understanding my weaknesses.

Adam is very easy to work with and very motivating! He creates individualized plans for which he checks in with you regularly to see how you feel. He pushes you to to do things that you didn't think you were able to do, but also things that are appropriate for your body and your personal goals. My experience with Keith has been nothing short of phenomenal. I was easily able to meet, and subsequently schedule dates for training, his pricing is very reasonable, and he is always early for our sessions. Keith has an excellent knowledge not only with training/exercise, but diet as well. Keith is always open to answer questions I may have regarding diet or exercise, and promptly responds to any communication via email or text. Keith has a great attitude, and helps encourage you to keep going even when you're having a not so great day. About 3 years ago, they misdiagnosed me with ALS. While they still don’t really know what I have, they’ve decided is definitely isn’t ALS. But what I do have is weakened portions of my lower body, compounded by sciatica. As a result, going to a gym usually leaves me in tears and horribly embarrassed. Yet, I knew I couldn’t just sit stationary behind my desk for 8 hours a day and magically have the weaknesses in my body improve. When I heard about Molly, the way she’ll come to train me in my home and the fact that she was able to teach me ‘Yoga for the eternally unbalanced,’ I decided to give it a try. BOY, am I glad I did! She works with the limited exercise equipment I have in my basement: a yoga mat, a treadmill, some bands and a fitness ball. I’m being guided through Warrior poses and stretching exercises. She listens to what is too easy and what is too difficult in order to give me exactly the exercises I need to take me to the next level. Her knowledge is exceptionally expansive so she always has several exercises options to offer. After just two highly customized sessions, I was better balanced, less tight in the muscles and had stronger legs. I noticed that I didn’t have to hold so tightly to the handrails when going up steps for fear of tripping... and that I was able to travel up them twice as fast. I no longer had to watch every step ahead of me while walking, scanning the ground for tripping hazards. Having legs that were a bit stronger and steadier allowed me to pick up my chin and enjoy the sights around me a little more. Was I completely healed after two sessions? No, of course not. But I WAS convinced that there were things I could do to reverse my condition, and that together with Molly, I would to be able to do all the things I should be able to do at my age. She not only helps me strengthen my body, she is transitioning me into a state of renewed grace and confidence. I highly recommend her services!
