I have been training at Rich Ford's classes for 8 months. I have truly enjoyed each workout. You do both strength training as well as cardio. Each time you have different routines so you never get bored. Rich challenges when you need it but also gives alternative excersises to people that have sensitivity to some routines. Such as back, neck or shoulder problems. The class is for all ages and fitness levels. I have seen an improvement in my total body. He also has nutrition plans that can go along with your workout plan. I would highly recommend Rich Ford.
I am an "older" client with spinal stenosis and sciatic pain. I have felt less pain since seeing Eric. He listens and acknowledges what I can do and not do, yet directs my sessions in order to strengthen my body. I am not an exerciser, but I am very comfortable during my time with Eric. He is one of the good guys with a very caring disposition and a professional attitude.
I have been training with John for over 1.5 years. John is an outstanding personal trainer. I deal with autoimmune issues, and John is able to put together a great workout each time, knowing when he can push my body and when it's best to go easy. His extensive knowledge of the body's muscle structure allows him to target the areas my body really needs more strength. The best part of training with John, a brother in Christ, is the prayer and fellowship. I get buff both physically and spiritually! Another GREAT bootcamp class this evening at IPA. We worked out at 7 different stations, being encouraged at each station by Trainer's Tyler Kiel and Dan Kidd. They both push you to your fullest potential, however don't make you feel bad if you need to stop and take a breath! Thanks to Tyler and Dan for a fun evening!
