Elin designed a creative program to help my 9 year old son prepare for his martial arts tournaments. My son definitely made improvements in his strength, agility and stamina. Elin was also able to fine tune his kicking and blocking skills since he has experience in various self defense/fighting skills. Elin is quick to respond to emails/text/calls and has tremendous knowledge in the art of exercise, bodybuilding and nutrition. I have been training with Steve multiple times a week for a number of years. My goal is not to become the worlds next bodybuilder but to maintain my strength, muscle tone and flexibility. He works with me on these areas, as well as weight maintenance, with enough variety that I don't find it boring. Although I may not always be on time, Steve is and he does his best to see that I get the full session in. I really appreciate that Steve works with me to reschedule appointments when needed. The gym is clean, easy to find, and everyone works well together. It's a wonderful atmosphere - I don't feel out of place and I enjoy working out there with Steve.
I decided to hire Alexey after I have been going to the gym for years. I have a naturally thin frame and it was very difficult for me to put on muscle, especially the booty area. I went to the gym, I did my cardio, I did classes even crossfit, but not much was working for me. I realized that I was wasting my time until I find a good program that works. First, what a great guy! I'm a female and always felt comfortable. Brian has so many different ideas and techniques I never get bored. I'm training for a specific event and within 30 days every number improved. I did my cardio on my own and did strength training, core workouts, legs, lifting, etc. I highly recommend.

I've been with Tyson Training for a year and physically I have attained goals aka "GAINZ" and done exercises I never thought I would be able to do. I had a gym membership to a local chain and was doing the same routine and not getting the results I wanted. Joe Tyson takes a scientific approach to his training style and informs his clients on why your doing the exercise, demos the exercise and is always there to spot your form to ensure no injury. I have learned so much when it comes to the science and muscle-mind connection. My track record proves what he is about. 2015 Men's Open Bodybuilding Light heavyweight 4th place out of 11. 2016 off season with Rob he out 20lbs of muscle on my frame and got me to jump up a weight class in 2016 Bodybuilding. 1st place Heavyweight 2nd place overall. Current off season right now put on 12lbs of muscle in 2 months.. Rob is extremely punctual and responsive. Very knowledgeable and extremly kind. Rob knows so much about the human body and can take you to whatever goals you might have. I highly advise you to give it a try.
I've had one hour sessions with Paul every week for the past year. None of our sessions are the same. He is never redundant and always challenging. He's so laid back, approachable, and light-hearted. I arrive at our sessions feeling excited and terrified. Paul is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I've encountered. I work with the human body in my own personal career; he and I often discuss different anatomical and physiological perspectives. I came into personal training as a female yoga practitioner and a runner. I did not know how to lift weight safely and confidently. He continues to show me how to make my body strong, not just cardio and flexibility driven. Because of Paul, I can lift heavy things! This is empowering. One of the best trainers I've had whether it be the workouts, nutrition, mobility, mentality...Supper humble guy, he has tons and tons of knowledge. In my opinion he is a master trainer in weight lifting, mobility, circuit/ endurance training. Cynthia is my role model.… during my exercise sessions; there have been times where I felt like giving up and quitting. She encouraged me by pushing me through the pain. I found Recovery Fitness online when looking for an experienced female trainer in my area. In the past two months, I've gotten in the best shape I've been in since high school. Kim is a very knowledgable and intuitive personal trainer. She has helped me achieve total body fitness through different types of training methods. Some of the many variables that set Kim head and shoulders above the rest are the level of personal care, attention to detail and enthusiasm she brings to each session. She starts by asking how you are feeling from the previous workout and is skilled at making seamless changes to your session as your body dictates. Even on days when I am feeling low energy, she motivates me and is able to bring out my best. I can not stress enough that with Kim you are not getting someone to simply walk you through some exercises with marginal results. She offers so much more and keeps you feeling great and coming back for more. Her fee is low compared to the high quality services you receive. I know of other trainers who charge more and offer far less. Kim over delivers for an extremely reasonable fee which is why she stays in high demand. Originally, I was set on having a female trainer but couldnt find what I was looking for. I gave bill a try, partly because of his free one hour session. I am very glad I did. Bill is very professional and understanding. He kept me motivate and has helped me lose 30lbs in four months. I met Paula when seeking a female personal trainer a few years ago. She is a fabulous trainer. I am a senior female with lots of "issues" and she's been great at helping me build strength, balance and stamina. When I'm having a bad day in one area, she is ready with options and ideas to do something different to maximize the part of me that's still working! We've become good friends and I continue to train with her even after moving to MD. She's worth the hour drive each way! I'm so pleased to see that she and Mark have opened Embody Fitness.
