Chef Paul is wonderful! He worked with me to create a fantastic birthday meal for my family and friends. He was even able to please my picky daughter! He is definitely a professional as he arrived prepared and ready to go. We chatted with him throughout his preparation asking questions about the food, his chef experiences and types of food he prepares that we would like for him to cook for us in the future. By the end of dessert, he had cleaned everything and left us to finish the evening with full stomach's. I definitely recommend him for any type of food need you may have.

I've used Theresa 2 times now. The first (review previously posted) was for a sit-down dinner party at my home for 6 of us. The second time was for a post-wedding buffet brunch. Theresa arrived super early at our house and got a beautiful spread for 40 people ready including decor and candles. She prepared homemade macaroons, potatoes and eggplant, deviled eggs, coconut parfait with lemon curd, fresh fruit, beignets, crepes, sausages, bacon and a mimosa bar! She even did a chalkboard menu so all the guests would see what was available when they arrived. Everyone raved about the food and our guests felt so lucky that they got to take part in such a special meal. In fact, one of my guests contacted her sometime in secret and bought us a gift certificate for a dinner for 2 as a present they were so impressed with her food. ...so, I'm lucky enough that I'll be eating her food for at least a 3rd time!!
