I have used Ken's training service for several years now. I started in one of his boot camps with the goal of general fitness. After the first few sessions my body had the realization that things were going to be changing . body resistance and aerobic training with small hand weights thrown in, I felt a full body work out. I quickly saw significant results for a firmer, fitter more energetic me. The boot camp setting, with different fitness levels, Ken is able to modify the work out to individual needs. He's very cognizant of correct form encouraging a better work out avoiding injury. I have also used his service in a small group and one on one sessions. In these situations he can better tailor the work out to individual needs and goals. No matter the level of fitness Ken is easy to work with and I am confident anyone can see results.
David took the time to learn what would work for me! With a full time job and 5 kids, fitting workouts in can be a real challenge. David was always extremely patient with me, never made me feel guilty about missing a session or eating Swedish fish for breakfast, and he always made sure that when I was training, I got a really good session in! I highly recommend him! He's also great with kids - he ended up training our teenagers as well as our son with Autism, which was huge!

I have been working with Sam developing a healthy and more active lifestyle. He has helped me lose 28 inches, 11% body fat and 36 pounds! I began my journey with Faithful Fitness KC in July 2013. The idea of joining a gym was intimidating; however, Alex and David quickly put me at ease. They push me when I need to be pushed and praise me for my successes, big or small. In addition to the workout plan, they took my training to a level beyond what I expected. They assist me in developing healthier eating habits which included a trip to the grocery store to learn how to properly read food labels. They also provide mobility training to reduce the risk of injury. Thanks to their continued support I have lost 85 lbs, 48 inches, and 15% of my body fat. Adi doesn't offer you quick diet options where you lose weight but then promptly gain it right back. Adi helped me change how I think about food. I've lost weight and gained energy! And she makes it easy to maintain, with her delicious recipes and words of motivation!

Kamba has changed my life in so many ways. Not only am I on my way back to looking and feeling healthy once again, but I have a reason to wake up and feel excited in the mornings, which is such a blessing! I've been going to the boot-camp/high intensity interval classes for a year and I also go to Ray for personal training once a week. I am in the best shape I've been in and I've been working out for 40 years. Ray is very knowledgeable, tailors training session for you specifically and is very professional - you're there to WORK for sure. His boot camp classes are excellent and he makes them fun. I would LOVE to go to personal training sessions more often!
