Danielle Amey says, "I had a great experience working with Johnson County Windows & Siding for the installation of new gutters on my home. From start to finish, communication was excellent. Whether by phone, text or email, they were responsive, kept me informed and made the entire process easy.I worked directly with Riley, and he was fantastic! He oversaw the project from beginning to end and made sure everything was handled professionally and completed in a timely manner. The installation went smoothly, and I was extremely happy with the finished result. What I appreciated most was that Riley never made the experience feel like it was just about making a sale. When he first came out to access my home, he took time to ask questions like Why do you feel you need new gutters? and Is there anything else we should take a look at while I am here? He explained my options, shared information about other services they offer and really took time to understand what I needed. It genuinely felt like the priority was about building a relationship and making sure I would be satisfied with the end result.Riley was personable, knowledgeable, professional and just genuinely easy to work with. That type of customer service goes a long way!I would absolutely use Johnson County Windows & Siding again for another project, whether its windows, siding, fencing or another service. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Riley and the team!"See more

Handyman

The handyman arrived precisely when he said he would. He repaired my sticking front door and also fixed the seal at the bottom of the door. It is excellent work and reasonably priced.

Christopher replaced an exterior door in our home and we could not be happier with his work. He came out twice, once for an estimate and once for the install. We are very happy with our new door and will be calling on Christopher again for some other work!

I was very impressed with the work that Mark did today! Prior to the job, there were a number of text messages, emails, and phone calls to make sure everything was ready for the job. This helped build my confidence in the work that he was about to do. He picked up the door from the department store first thing in the morning. Because of all the communication, he immediately knew that the door on hold was not the correct one. With a quick phone call to me, we were able to get the situation resolved. He explained the work that he was doing along the way and made sure I had a voice when an unexpected situation came up. I also appreciated that he did not take an hour lunch break. With the incoming storm, he worked to get the door installed and 2 coats of paint before the rain. I already have him booked for another job. Thanks Mark for your professionalism!

Phenomenal job. Showed up next day when he said, got right to work on the issue with our storm door, assisted us with picking out replacement parts at Home Depot and installed new parts and validated fixes. Great value on price. Would hire again.

By far the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. Had a man door installed in the back of my garage. Marcus was very prompt to respond to my request and had the job completed within two days. High quality work and very fair pricing. I plan on hiring him for more jobs in the future.

Price did a great job replacing my doors and quoted a very reasonable price. He was very flexible with appointment timing and was able to complete the work in the evenings - I also appreciate being able to text to coordinate appointments timing. He even threw in two new doorknobs for free! Thank you Price!
