Latest Review: Tony is an outstanding trainer! I came to him wanting to drop my gut and gain the muscle mass any guy wants to achieve. After meeting and seeing what I am capable of, he set me up with a great workout that combined the cardio and weight training I need to complete my goals. Latest Review: I have enjoyed 4 lengthy massages from Leigh Ann. I am recovering from a stroke that has numbed the left side of my body. The massages were strong and confident and very helpful in stimulating my left side. Useful affirmations were included that assist in reconnecting mind and body. Creative techniques were used including a white light wand healing tool, and the use of magnesium spray and other preparations to nurture muscles and joints. I felt a sensitive and intuitive connection as Leigh Ann worked my body. I have had many massages; Leigh Ann's was one of the very best nurturing rubs ever.

Tony is a motivating fitness professional with the abilities to work with people of any fitness level, providing support, guidance, and continuous growth opportunity.
