I've been training with BreakThru Fitness for a month and so far Adam has exceed my expectations. Not only is he motivating but he ensures you get the most out your sessions. The strength I've gain is unbelievable to me and I only see him twice a week. If you're looking for someone who is motivating and an expert to kick of your fitness journey the right way, breakthru is where it's at. Also, he customizes the sessions to meet your fitness level, so no worries. Plus very affordable! TIP: If you sign up with Adam please take the breaks he gives lol. Every sessions is like you're stepping into your own war but you got it!
Devon works hard to build unique, personalized, and HARD workouts for you to reach your fitness goals. He's been training me for over 3 months and I've already gained major muscle mass, lowered by body fat percentage and feel better about myself. My boyfriend and I are really loving working with James! He's great about tailoring workouts to fit each of our fitness levels, and he is really encouraging. He is not one of those trainers who is going to make you feel bad about your current level of fitness, which I appreciate. He really emphasizes proper form and body movement, so I'm not worried that I'm going to hurt myself. All in all, it's been a super positive experience so far, and we're going to stick with him for the long haul.

Dwight is a most phenomenal trainer! I've been working out and training with private Trainers for over 30 years. I've come to really value individuals who week by week month by month year to year raise me to a new level of Health and Fitness. Over the last three years since he became my trainer, at age 59, he has reshaped my body like no one ever did. He has the knowledge and capability to train people with all body types from slim, toned ladies to bodybuilders, varying fitness goals, all ages, and with chronic injuries from years of sports. My small boned "ballerina" body is more cut and toned than it ever been. Dwight's incredible knowledge, expertise, professionalism and dedication is incomparable. I met with Beaux to discuss training options. We had a very honest conversation about my goals an what factors I felt were working against me. He was very nice and had very good input. Ultimately, we decided that his group training program was a good fit for me vs. private personal training. It's been about a month now since I started at GeauxFit, and I'm happy I did. Beaux and Kristen have created a great atmosphere for people of all fitness levels. Everyone at GeauxFit is very friendly and welcoming. It never feels like I'm competing against people who's fitness levels are higher than my own, rather just a supportive environment where I feel like I can focus on being better. Highly recommended.
I can’t say enough good things about Jake. He has proven himself to be a knowledgeable, professional and able trainer. Before beginning our workout program Jake tailored a fitness program that matched my current level of fitness (not great) with my fitness goals. I can’t say that my workouts are always fun and easy, but I can say they are definitely effective because I’ve seen improvement each week. If you’re looking to get in shape, you can’t go wrong with Jake.
Kellen is punctual and professional. No other Trainers I’ve had prior to him can even compare. He singlehandedly sculpted my post-baby tummy into a firm belly with his nutrition/meal guidance AND with custom workouts. The workouts were not always fun, but they’re ALWAYS INSPIRING. He’s the best, sincerely. He helped me reach my booty goals and my strength goals at each level. I’m still growing. I can’t imagine this journey without him.
