Brendan came to the house to give my 9 year grandson a cooking lesson. H chose Italian from a list sent by Brendan and Chicken Rollatini as the main course. H had the time of his life!! Brendan explained and demonstrated but allowed H to do the work. Brendan chose not to wear his Chef's whites because he didn't want to intimidate H. It was an incredible experience (with delicious results) and I would happily recommend him to anyone who asks!!!
I offer cooking classes at your place or mine, depending on where you live. Private or full classes are taught for 1 to 10 people. I live in the Berkshires in Western Massachusetts, but I go to NYC once a month as well. Price depends on the amount of students and class hours. You arrange the group, if you like.
