I have been training with Coach Kyie for almost three years and all three years have been a great experience. Coach Kyie takes every one of his clients personal goals very seriously and helps everyone not only reach his goals but exceeds them. In 2012 I attended a full time police academy and to prepare for the physical training I knew I had to do more then your basic arms and back day or just go for a run. I also needed something that was going to be challenging and rewarding. I heard about Crossfit and that a lot of military, police, and fire use this training. However, as I'm sure many people feel like I did joining a new gym or a group work out it can be intimidating. I was introduced to Coach Kyie and told him what I was preparing for. He took me under his wing and got me ready for training. I felt so comfortable working with him and eventually with his groups clients. It was a welcoming feeling and it didn't matter if you couldn't perform a move or run as fast as the next person. Coach Kyie will help you improve each session. And the best part of Coach Kyie is he will not let you do more then you possibly can even if you think you can ... He plays it safe and doesn't let anyone get hurt. I've been training with Debi for 4 months now. Having had 2 back surgeries, I was out of shape but hesitant to get back into the gym. Debi is understanding of this and any other anxiety, and is very encouraging. She really listens, and has the knowledge to implement a plan to help you reach your goals. I have always loved working with weights but wasn't sure if I'd regain my strength. Well, I've lost weight, gained strength and endurance beyond my expectations thus far; and I'm looking to compete in a powerlifting competition in 2 weeks. I'm not done improving yet, and I know Debi will be there every step of the way.
I was in america for 3 weeks only, but the Training was awesome and Travis is such a cool guy !! He also helped me for months after i left america. I can fully recommend him !
Gabriel Gordon has a unique style of training that pushes you to your limit. He is patient but does require you to maximize your result with proper diet and knowledge of what you are putting In your body. I love the boot camp sessions. and the class environment is Positive and Energetic!!!
The trainers with MC Conditioning are very professional and knowledgeable. Their workout routine is rigorous yet custom to my fitness needs. The cost is very reasonable. Thanks to these trainers, I will have a beach body in a short time. I look forward to the five-day weekly workouts.

I have had nothing but great experiences in the past 5 years or so that I have been apart of this program. I am a division II collegiate athlete who plays softball so working out in the off season is a must. The best part about what Denis does, at least for me, is that he treats the girls that he trains like athletes and not like girls. In the experiences I have had out side of this program, that is something that is very hard to find. He also caters the training to be sport specific and to what each individual wants or needs to work on.
Lindsey is an absolutely amazing trainer. She trained me for an extended period of time and got me into the best shape of my life. Prior to working with Lindsey I had never been very physically active but by the time my training ended I was running, spinning and completed my first ever rugged maniac without a problem. She made working out enjoyable and I actually looked forward to training and still enjoy working out although not as much as if I still had her. She will change your life!

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. It started out just want to lose 20 lbs before vacation and I lost 30! I even got more toned! After such an amazing experience with his training and himself as a person I didn't want to stop. Hector has been great! My wife has had three sessions so far and feels that he has her on the right track. He has worked with her on nutrition as well as doing interval strength training. I will have my wife review Hector after a month and see how she feels. So far, so good.
I was hesitant to try personal training - skeptical of what could actually be accomplished in a small area in my home. Fast forward 10 weeks and bam! I feel amazing and have already decreased my BMI 5 points. Danielle challenges me but reminds me to listen to my body. Beginning round 2 this week.
Nina is amazing! Before I started training with her, I tried everything to lose weight and tone but I was not seeing any results. Enfuse Fitness built a workout routine that was focused on my fitness goals and targeted the areas that I needed to strengthen. After going for a couple of months I could see and feel the results, my body was stronger; I was able to complete more squats and I had more stamina when hiking. Per my request they held me accountable for my diet and were able to give me pointers about meal ideas, suggesting substitutions that I had not previously considered.
