"Each time, the room was filled with foodies, and hospitality professionals and each time it felt like we were at our own private restaurant, but at this restaurant the Chef and staff read your mind. Pearl has a true talent for understanding a customers vision. She even helped us figure out our oddly shaped rooms and lay out floor plans. Kevin and the entire staff were so incredibly professional, very prompt and also very smooth. Chef is truly a genius. It really doesn't even matter what he puts on the menu, rest assured it will be some of the most delicious and beautiful food you've ever seen. When we work with Delsie again, I'm fairly certain I won't even need to preview the menu because I know whatever it is it will be awesome. We really wanted a curated feel instead of a catered feel and that's exactly what we got. If you're looking for beef wellington bites, scallops wrapped in bacon and stuffed mushrooms, there are many caterers that can help you. If you're interested in black pepper gel, truffle foam, and and giving your guests a dining experience they'll never forget- I'm doubtful that anyone in the area can do it better than Delsie.
