Kyie has been my trainer for over a year now. I had my daughter 5 years ago and I had always worked out prior to that. After having her, it was so hard to stay motivated and make time to go to the gym. A friend of mine told me he was training with Kyie so I got Kyie’s information. I started a few weeks later. There have been times when I wanted to quit, but Kyie has always been there motivating me even when I didn’t believe in myself. If you want a trainer to keep you motivated and to make you believe in yourself, Kyie does that and more. He’s always there with nutritional information too! I’m getting my body back and I know without his support, nothing would have changed for me. Kyie, if you see this, your the man! Thanks for everything!!
I started training with M.J. of MOJO Fitness in January 2016, and I’ve experienced remarkable gains over the 9 months I’ve been training with him. I am a marathon runner, and I decided to add strength training to my training plan to prevent injury and improve performance. I've increased both my speed and stamina since I started at MOJO Fitness. I completed my first marathon in May, and will be running my second marathon on October 30. I feel much stronger and more prepared for this one than the last. I am also down to 16% percent body fat and have gained lean muscle as a result of my strength training with M.J. His workouts are always different, challenging, and fun. In fact, I have never done the same routine since I’ve been training with him! M.J. is an amazing trainer. He encourages you and pushes you to challenge yourself. I would not be in the best shape of my life without his support and workouts.
As someone whose former workouts consisted strictly of hours of trite cardio and whose nutrition came from a blend of fad diets and eating whatever I wanted when those diets inevitably failed, I needed a change: Lou gave me an entirely new outlook on exercise and nutrition. Perhaps more importantly, he made me really excited about living a healthier lifestyle, which I think is key for anyone who wants long-term results. Lou is most definitely a fitness-and-nutrition nerd in the best way possible and, unlike many PTs, he actually practices what he preaches. He’s amassed a staggering wealth of knowledge from years of personal and professional experience, and stays abreast of the science and studies that support the advice he provides his clients. His training sessions are always challenging, interesting, and fun. He takes the time to explain how to do an exercise and why it’s effective (though you will certainly feel it's effects the next day!) and motivates you to do far more in the gym than you thought you could. Moreover, his services don’t end when you finish your session; I text him often with nutrition and fitness inquiries. He’s always quick to respond and encourages me to keep asking questions-- not just because he clearly loves the subject matter, but also because he genuinely cares about his clients. In an industry replete with fitness frauds and fallacious fads, Lou is a refreshing change and is essential for anyone who wants real, lasting results. Thanks, Lou!
This is my second time around working with Tammy. It was about 3-4 years ago she got me in the best shape and health of my life! Battling with Rheumatoid Arthritis and on numerous medications. Somehow we powered through it all and came out on the other side stronger, healthier, 35 pounds lighter, and best off, NO MEDICATIONS or PAIN since!!!!!!!!!! As life has it, I started to slip with my routine (but still pain/medication free) so we have signed on again. This time is with my husband. He has been battling many health issues and also has an herniated disc. Tammy has been absolutely amazing in guiding him to better health and strength all the while with me working along side too. Training together has been a great, new and even fun experience for us. They always say it's best to have a work out buddy and to have that buddy be my hubby is even better! Tammy has made all the work, pain, training, and workouts somehow awesome! Her personality somehow just shines through no matter what and although some things can be difficult to push through she makes them somehow seem easier. I am forever grateful for her guidance, nurturing, education, expertise but mostly her sense of humor and friendship! I just feel there is no better way to go if you are truly serious about your health and getting fit. She is there for you ONLY as she builds what is best and safest for you and guides you step by step to getting healthier and fit THE PROPER WAY! For us, it's even sweeter as we train together at home with Tammy and the only equipment we use is our free weights, (our own body resistance) and the treadmill! :) Our sincere appreciation and gratitude to Tammy for giving us "early" fifty year olds another lease in life in getting fit and healthy. The education, proper guidance and physical fitness you gain is priceless!!!
Antrofit is hands down the best training company you will find. Johnny Loretti is an absolute beast in every sense of the word. His knowledge, experience and excitement for his job were all things that helped take my body to the next level. From his meal plans to training routines, he transformed my body into exactly what I was looking for (in a fraction of the time I thought it would take). He is there at a drop of a hat to answer all of my questions and always makes sure I'm feeling my best. I highly recommend using Anthrofit and Johnny - I promise you will thank yourself.
Nancy was an amazing trainer; I would recommend her for anyone who is interested in hiring a personal trainer. She was always very professional and tailored my workouts to exactly what I needed. She made my training sessions a lot of fun and challenged me to push myself harder. I do not have enough good things to say about this woman! Thank you Nancy for investing time in me and helping me get closer to my goals!
Trent is the best trainer :) I lost 16 lb in two months, I feel much stronger, sleep much better. my endurance has greatly improved threw the course of training. The training are very hard, but worth it.
I have only seen Doug one time so far. I and my son are comfortable with him. Looking forward to start training..I am happy my son was comfortable. Looking forward to something positive in our lives.
I signed on with Will around the 7th of July and began regular training sessions with him on the 15th of that month. By the end of August (6 or 7 weeks later), I had lost 15 pounds and completely revamped my diet. Will's approach focused on 3 areas: what you eat, how you train while you're with him and how you train when you're not. I believe my sessions with Will were so successful because he refused to listen to excuses for why I hadn't been working or eating properly and because he constantly pushes you to go further and try harder than you think you can. After every session, my body was sore but I felt like I had accomplished something. I don't really have anything negative to say. The sessions aren't cheap but they are in line with what one pays elsewhere. Also, Will has a pretty mediocre taste in music but he makes up for it with his taste in television shows and movies. Overall, I'd definitely give him 5 out of 5 stars. There is no way that I would have been so successful in putting my health back on track without Will and I've already signed up for another set of sessions with him.
Mica is definitely your PERSONAL trainer! She really know what she is doing and my abs are finally starting to show! I'm so happy that I chose her as her prices really aren't that bad (I've had some expensive and BORING trainers). I feel as if motivation is one of the most important aspects when it comes to changing your body because it really is a difficult process. Mica makes it easy! Her approach to training is one of the best I've experienced thus far. Definitely sticking with her!

It has been almost 6 months and counting since I started working with Ross as my trainer and I am still just as enthusiastic about my workouts and working with Ross. I am a 41 year old, working mother of two and I have not been in this good of shape since I was on the swim team in high school. I have worked with four different trainers over the past two years now and Ross is by far the best. When I started with Ross, I didn't have any specific goals or even a strong drive to make any major changes, but he subtly helped me develop goals and before I even knew it, I was suddenly super motivated to accomplish them! I've gone down 2 sizes and I feel so healthy and strong. He even motivated me to start exercising outside of our training time, which is great! The best part about working with Ross is that he doesn't make it feel like work. He always working different muscle groups and changing up the exercises I do. Every workout there is some new challenge or variation that I haven't tried before. Further, he was able to sense the kinds of exercises I like and don't like and he tailors the workout accordingly, while still being sure to work all muscle groups. He is exceptionally good at reading you during the workout to maximize the benefit from each exercise. Other trainers I have had would say, "Do 10 of this."; Ross tells you to start an exercise and he watches you closely and tells you to stop when you start to fatigue and just before your form starts to falter. This is actually a better way to exercise because it not based on an arbitrary number, but rather works the muscle to it's limit. Ross is great about checking form to make sure that you don't hurt yourself. He is careful not to give someone exercises that they cannot handle yet, or that need perfect form to execute without injury. I've had other trainers push me into lifting heavy weights over my head and I ended up hurting my back multiple times. On a personal note, Ross is a wonderful guy. He is a lot of fun to talk to and that makes the workouts go by so fast! I'm often disappointed when my time is up. So different from a cardio workout where I am counting the minutes until it is over! For anyone wanting to get in shape and feel healthy and strong, I cannot recommend working with Ross enough. I have done all kinds of cardio workouts for years (running, kickboxing, spin, etc) but it wasn't until I started building muscle that I really felt better and noticed a positive difference in my body. I can tell that I have truly changed my metabolism in the past 6 months. Now I look back and wonder why I didn't do this years ago. How could I have let myself get so fat? (Spoiler alert: answer = children) Honestly, in the end it was a pretty easy solution. All it took was a few hours a week, lots of new Lululemon clothes and one amazing trainer!! He has had a direct, very positive impact on my life and I cannot thank him enough!!

Janey is amazing. His enthusiasm, professionalism and fun attitude completely changed my perspective on personal training. For less than two months, I have developed so much confidence on weight training/ interval training and really started to see results of my training. My legs have gotten much stronger and I have lost two pounds of fat in exchange for muscles. Most importantly, I have developed a habit of going to the gym even outside our personal training sessions. I think this is the most important part of this experience and I hope to keep up this habit for the rest of my life. Thank you Janey!
Jim helped me feel confidant and healthy for my summer wedding! I am an exercise obsessed 27 year old. When I came to Jim I was bored of my routine and looking for an extra push to feel my best for my upcoming wedding. Jim taught me a new skill set using weights and interval cardio training. For years I was only focused on cardio, never aware of the toning and strength that weight training provides. Jim was an excellent teacher, he was flexible, knowledgable and prepared. I would recommend him to anyone no matter your needs and fitness experience.
Working out with Micah and next level fitness has been the best workout program I have ever been on. Within the semi personal training Micah works with each person to help them achieve their goals of weight loss and/or toning. The sessions are tough but fun and micah is always there to support you and help you achieve the best results possible. I have never felt better in such a short period of time.
I trained with Tom for over two years, working on weight loss, strength training, and distance running. I really loved working with Tom and would recommend him highly. He always kept the variety good so workouts were never boring, and he was great at tailoring the program to my personal objectives which evolved over time. Critical to my success, Tom did a great job of combining both training with teaching effective stretches and corrective exercises that kept me healthy and injury-free, even as I picked up running longer distances for the first time, eventually completing my first marathon. Also, especially at the start, I was pretty remedial in my physical abilities – overweight and out of shape. But Tom never made me feel judged or inferior. If you want someone intelligent, professional, and motivating to work with, even if you’re just getting started, I would definitely recommend giving Tom a try.
I’ve worked with Danielle and found her very knowledgeable and caring. We concentrated on balance and flexibility and targeting specific muscle groups. Her workouts are fun and challenging but always different which made training something to look forward to instead of a chore.
I signed up for 3 months of training with Chad in April with the hope to lose weight, build strength and not cringe at the thought of exercising after work. I was a little hesitant to commit to two training sessions a week since it had been almost 2 years since I had exercised on a regular basis (since my son was born) but Chad was patient and explained each move and the proper form in an understandable way for me. I was nervous of what my capabilities would be after being out of the game for so long. The feeling of intimidation subsided within the first few minutes of my first workout with Chad due to his personable and friendly way. That first work out was a killer at the time and 15 minutes in I was sweating hard but I loved it and couldn't wait to come back for more! Each session is different and Chad is an excellent trainer who puts a lot of thought and effort into the workouts he plans for me. In 3 months have I gained so much physical strength and I also have noticed positive changes in my energy level, mindset, sleeping habits and food choices. I dont dread going to the gym after work anymore. His passion for fitness and his desire to help people is what made me renew for another 3 months of training and I am excited to see more results in my weight loss and physical strength journey.
