One of A Plus Computer Services IT Support Specialists...Hicham Jaafary came on Sat. morning and worked very quickly and efficiently to set up my new 4 in 1 printer, fax, scanner, copier. He set it up for wireless and USB (in case of wireless being down) and showed me how to use everything. Hicham proved to be very knowledgable, nice, professional and helpful. He even looked at the performance of my computer and made a great suggestion of what product to buy at Best Buy or Staples to clean up my hard drive, for faster performance. Overall, he was EXCELLENT!

In my experience before i met Mr Steve I went to with other technical support provider service for to fix my computer, is only work well the first week and then all the virus return back again and running slowly. A wonderful experience with excellent results, provided by a very professional and pleasant person (Daniel K.), from his initial response to my request to the final on-site service. My needs were likely not typical, probably unique, not being personally the recipient of the service but arranging it from Canada for a friend in the US who was indeed very pleased with all the explanations (the why's and the what's) of every step in the repair process.
