Latest Review: Dan is a very knowledgeable personal trainer who created a program for me that met all of my goals, building strength, stamina, and reduction of back pain. Additionally, I was able to reduce my body fat by 3% and took 2 inches off my waist in a short 6 weeks. While I have a good setup of equipment, Dan was able to show me exercises that didn't require a lot of equipment that still provide effective results. I recommend Dan highly and could easily say that if you're willing to put in the effort, you'll definitely see results!!
