Ed Bilo and his team did an amazing job on our house! We had all types of weeds, ivy, and just plain old nature growing on our home, and even through the walls. I had to plant trees, install sprinkler system, pave walkway. I did some research to find some landscapers. Finally found EBRR and Ed gave us the best price, got it done in a day and did a great job to make sure it does not grow back. I typically do not ever write reviews, but this contractor is a special exception to the point that not doing so would be wrong. Words truly cannot express how fortunate I feel that I was able to work with this crew, and how lucky I am that they reached out to me. We needed a renovation project done on the first floor of our rental property, and after meeting with several other contractors, we were starting to feel like finding a reliable contractor who could start working on it before mid to late-August at a reasonable price was a lost cause. Then, we came across Brandon Contractor. Not only did they quote us an extremely reasonable price that was less than half of other quotes we had been given, but they also scheduled us in sooner than anyone else we talked to. To make things even better, they were able to start working on our project almost a week earlier than originally planned due to some postponements on other projects. Once they started working, I was blown away by how hard this crew works. They worked from 8 am to 6 pm, only taking a break to eat lunch, and didn't take any shortcuts in terms of quality and detail (they honestly might have cared about getting it done exactly right more than I did). Also, perhaps most importantly, they never once even mentioned raising the quote despite the project turning out to be much bigger (requiring more materials/man hours) than originally expected. To top it all off, the crew cleaned up after themselves each and every day that they were here, and completed the project faster than anybody else told us they would be able to do it even though they had multiple other projects going on at the same time. There is no doubt in my mind that any time I have a project that needs to be done to make our property look better, Brandon Contractor will be the first contractor I contact. They are by far the best crew I could've found, and I couldn't be happier with the results of their work!

Most recently, he has been doing repairs on a rental property - including painting and removal of trash left by tenants. I am very please with his work and would recommend him to others.

After Julio visited the property, he instructed me to purchase the drywall, compound and tape in which I did. He kept on delaying the work and finally chose a date and time when I was busy driving a tractor trailer. He also instructed me to leave a check with my tenant in which I did. When Julio showed up he kept on calling me and told me that my tenant had misplaced the check. I told him no problem I will paypal you as soon as I'm legally allowed to pull over since I can't park a tractor trailer in the freeway. Julio said he can't wait. I reminded him that he had delayed this project numerous times and I told him that the day he chose I would be driving a truck and had suggested other dates. Julio refused to work. He had bailed on me despite me doing everything he asked me to including rescheduling several times and purchasing all the materials. When I returned from trucking I asked Julio if he would return -- he again refused. Unreliable and non commital

I am a prior military personnel who have traveled within and outside of the United States. Therefore, I can differentiate between businesses that are dishonest (scam artist), and those that are sincere in their efforts to provide remarkable workmanship. I spoke with 6 contractors, excluding God's Glory LLC, who tried to pressure me into signing contracts that didn't address the underlying cause of the water in my crawlspace. I hired Mr. Elendu , the owner of God's Glory LLC, because he is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of home improvements and repairs, water/fire restoration along with mold remediation. His customer service is unmatchless-a breath of fresh air. He first defined the underlying cause of the water damages, and carefully explained the best techiques to repair the water damages in the front of the home. He always keep me abreast on any modifications that had to be made. Most importantly, Mr. Elendu listened to my concerns, and he provided the best techiques to repair water damages and prevention of water intrusion into the crawlspace. Mr. Elendu never pressured me into signing a contract. He was readily available to answer any questions pertaining to water restoration, watetproofing, and home repairs or improvements. We had agreed that I would purchase the materials-Mr. Elendu went to Home Depot to get the materials for me, and with the extra materials he waterproofed the side area of the home, without charging me for the services. He meticulously designed a highly effective drainage and waterproof system. I was having difficulty racking the leaves; therefore, Mr. Elendu had his crew racked the leaves for me. This contractor business is the greatest, and almost goes the extra miles to provide outstanding customer service. His prices are competitive. I highly recommend God's Glory LLC to anyone who is looking for a remarkable, highly skilled craftsman. In fact, I will be utilizing Mr. Elendu for any future contracting services.

Working with Shanicka Sudler at "Property Wise,"has been a positive experience. She is very prompt at responding to and answering our questions, along with addressing any concerns we may have. I called Gelson on s whim to clean my gutters. He gave me an estimated arroyime of 4:30 and was ther promptly at 4:30, he removed debriyfrom gutters and disposed of it leaving me no mess or “gutter trash” on my property. I’ve gotten estimates for additional work an I’m looking forward to having Gelson perform other work yo prepare my house for sell.

I manage a rental property that is not very close to home. I was very impressed with the way Bryon handled himself and gave me an honest assessment and fair estimate on the work needed. I had been told by other roofers that we needed an entire new roof. Bryon explained that the roof looked ok, but there was one area that needed to be repaired. He sent pictures of what he thought should be done and I was able to get his estimate over the phone. The work we agreed upon was done well and fast. I will definitely be calling him for any other work needed.

Sometime ago i had the dawning realization i was not Superman. Running a full time business and managing real estate was not sustainable for me over the long term. The fear was of letting go. I had a difficult time trusting people with my properties and more importantly handling my tenants with love and care as I do. Then came Cornerstone mgmt. I came into contact with Three Pillars from a co-worker. Because of work, I had to rent my townhome out for 18 homes. It was vacant for less than 2 weeks before a tenant was moving in. I never had any issues with my service. Towards the end of my service with this company, they began using an app that I could login and see details of my properties. They don't charge for inspections throughout the year. The price is unbeatable. What is a general contractor?

When starting a home remodel or new construction project, you will probably hire a general contractor. A general contractor is a professional who is qualified to take a set of building plans and construct them as outlined. The general contractor may help perform the day-to-day building, or they may just hire workers and oversee all the work activities. What does a property management company do?

Property management companies manage the rental of residential homes, apartments, condos, commercial spaces and retail spaces. Do property managers need to be licensed?

The licensing requirements for property managers vary from state to state, but many states require property managers to have a real estate broker’s license and in some cases be a legal resident of a state.
