I signed up with Agnese and is delighted to be working with her. She's just what I needed to get back into the habit of moving--an important goal for this senior. She's a coach, not a drill Sargent. Agnese met me where I was and listened to my what I thought my needs were. It's still early days, but I feel that I can see progress and know that I would see even more progress if I worked harder. She's encouraging and gently pushes me to do more than I always think I can. I am happy to recommend Agnese as a top-rate personal trainer for all levels of fitness.

I first started working out with Cornelius about one year ago, after my girlfriend encouraged me to give personal training a try. I used to be one of those guys who thought personal trainers weren't necessary for a good workout, so I was hesitant at first – but I followed my girlfriend's advice and signed up for a few sessions with Cornelius. After our first workout, I knew I'd be coming back for more. When I first started training I was WEAK, even though I had been jogging regularly. I had rarely stretched or worked on building strength. I also wasn't eating well. Cornelius immediately recognized these holes in my training regimen and started developing workout and diet plans to help me build strength at a healthy pace. Due to my lack of stretching, many of my muscles and joints were incredibly tight – but Cornelius' taught me exercises and stretches that would help me build strength and loosen that tightness without causing injury. Thanks to Cornelius, I feel stronger and look healthier. The girlfriend who got me started with training has even pointed out improvements to my energy levels and confidence. The fitness plans Cornelius has built around my personal needs have been perfect. Throughout our workouts, he has been very relaxed and great to talk to – but he also knows when to push me to workout harder. I look forward to each of our sessions, and I strongly recommend him to others.

When I first decided I needed a personal trainer, I started checking out the personal trainers at the gym where I was a member. I watched how they interacted with their clients, and the training they gave them. Most of the trainers seemed disinterested in their work, and were either chi-chatting with other members of the gym while training their clients, or checking their cellphones while training. When I checked out Janet, she was always one on one and very focused with her client. Thats when I decided Janet was the one for me. Janet is extremely knowlegeable, not only about personal training, but also about proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She has been my personal trainer for over 3 years now. I am going on 57 years old, and thanks to her, I feel and look much younger, and I am very thankful our paths crossed.

This is my first time hiring a personal trainer. I've never considered hiring a personal trainer in the past because, I didn't think I could afford one. Until I came across Denise. I've worked with her a little over a month. She's reasonably priced & is an excellent trainer. I wanted learn exercises to target certain areas, one on one attention to ensure I'm performing exercises correctly, and someone to motivate me. Denise have provided that for me. She created personalized training sessions for me & each session was a different routine. She modified exercises & challenged me as needed. She's prompt, reliable, & flexible. It's a pleasure working with Denise!

I highly recommend Sean if you are looking to work with a personal trainer who not only has great work ethics but also is very knowledgeable in his field and above all has a great personality. He mixes the workouts so you would not get bored doing the same set always. He is flexible if one has to change time slots and above all is really passionate and dedicated towards his job.

Timothy is Arguably the best personal trainer in Columbia, MD area. I explained my fitness goals, and within the first few sessions, I could see results. Timothy explained clean eating, calorie intake along with proper fitness training. I lost more than 20 lbs, reducing my body fat and increase my muscle tone. George has been my personal trainer for 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose him as a facilitator in my fitness journey. I train with him about 3 times a week and since I’ve started, I can already see and feel results. The idea of exercising and going to the gym always used to give me anxiety. I knew I wanted to be fit and healthy but I did not know where to start. After I started training with George, I began to see that exercising can be less of a struggle and more enjoyable. I actually look forward to going to the gym now because he has and continues to provide me with the directive and tools needed to attain my fitness goals...and it’s been working! From day one, he listened to my needs (which I feel is very important for a trainer to do) while pushing me to levels I didn’t know I could reach. Not only does he encourage fitness in the gym but also outside of the gym by providing a simple meal plan, despite his not being a nutritionist. George is very reliable, and communication has never been an issue. I can always appreciate someone who values my time and money as much as theirs. Which leads me to mention that his prices are VERY reasonable compared to others in the area. I can honestly say that if you choose to go with George as your personal trainer, you will not be disappointed!

Great personalized exercise program. No BS. Challenged but correct form is critical. Flexible and respectful of schedule. Cardio and strength noticeably improved - all due to Matt's excellence in knowledge, care and drive. And I know because I have tried, and not stuck with other trainers.

I have had engaged Rob's services a few times in my life and professional competitive career as a bodybuilder and physique athlete. Being a certified personal trainer and physique athlete myself, I cannot state how important diet and nutrition and training are as components to one's lifestyle. Rob definitely knows his stuff in biomechanics and kinesiology very well on top of nutrition, especially getting into shape and condition for a competitive physique athlete. “I’m pretty sure no one hates working out more than me. Which is why I knew I needed to hire someone to help me get in the shape I wanted to be in prior to my 30th birthday. After following Paul on various social media sites, I decided to give him a call – best fitness decision I’ve ever made! I’ve had trainers before, but none that care about their craft OR their clients as much as Paul does. He tailored my workouts to my fitness goals – as well as some goals I didn’t even know I had. He kept me accountable with my meals (a huge weakness for me). And, he adjusted his insane schedule to accommodate my crazy work demands. I have been working with Steve as my personal trainer for almost a year. My goal was very specific… improve my strength in core areas to help improve my rowing. I’ve been very impressed with the level of background work Steve did in improving his understanding of rowing and the primary muscles used as well as how receptive he is to feedback from me and my rowing coaches. Beyond that I’ve been impressed with Steve’s attention to details and safety while at the same time providing subtle but effective encouragement and motivation. I’ve notice improvement in my rowing this year thanks in part to what Steve has helped me improve on.

I've been training with Marshall for a few weeks now and am already very happy with the personal training and nutrition plan he has provided. First off, you will not find a better trainer for the money than Marshall in the greater Baltimore area. His prices are about half of what I paid at a boutique personal training studio in Baltimore City and half or more than other quotes I received. Secondly, the training he has provided has pushed me like no other trainer has pushed me before. His detailed workout routines and cardio plans have me seeing results already. He has also provided me with a detailed and easy-to-follow meal plan at no additional charge. If you are looking to get into shape, or just looking to get into better shape, I highly recommend Marshall without hesitation.
