Even though I wanted to take the steps to ensure my marriage didn't fail, I was so skeptical in starting my first ever therapy experience. Dr. Weiman has gone above and beyond to not only help our relationship but give us the utmost feeling of comfort while doing so. In just a few sessions we already notice a huge change, and have some of the tools to nurture our marriage and help it grow together. That wouldn't be possible without Dr. Weiman's guidance, and I look forward to continuing our therapy with him.
Denise set a very calm and relaxing environment and made me feel completely at easy for my first ever therapy session. Highly recommend!
My wife and I sought out Marian's help to sort through some communication issues that were arising in the first year of our marriage. We picked Marian because her website was welcoming, she was prompt in her Thumbtack responses, and we were intrigued by the idea of having a therapy session with both her and her partner. I cannot tell you how I happy I am that we went with Find Your Sunshine. Marian and Clyde have, without exaggeration, changed the way my wife and I think of therapy. We look forward to our sessions, laugh throughout our time with them, and leave each session feeling lighter, more focused, and completely grateful that we have each other. Marian and Clyde provided us with concrete, easily-applied tools and exercises that have improved our communication and have inspired reflection and introspection. After only three sessions at Find Your Sunshine, my wife and I agree that our communication has become more direct, kind, and effective. We adore Clyde and Marian, and we are thrilled that they are a part of our marriage.
Caitlin has been a mentor and guiding force for me over the past 10 years. She has spent countless hours listening and sharing her wisdom with me. Despite her very busy schedule, Caitlin has always made herself available to help when needed. Somehow, no matter what else she has going on in her day, when we are speaking I feel like I am her sole focus and priority. Caitlin is a very genuine, very caring person, and has a tremendous amount to offer her clients.
Stephanie is marvelous in every way! I highly recommend doing yoga therapy with her.
Avi was someone who was very professional yet down to earth. I felt completely understood and valued and was also impressed with the meaningful feedback and direction which I received in therapy. After looking everywhere for a competent therapist, Avi exceeded my expectations.
Originally I was skeptical about hypnotherapy, but Nancie made me feel at ease. The location where she conducts her sessions is peaceful, welcoming and relaxing. She records her sessions so that the patient can go back and refer to them. She is an expert in her field and one can tell by the way she responds to the client and drills down on what needs to be worked on. With Nancie, I went for weight loss sessions. Over time, I lost 50lbs as with her therapy, it changed the way I ate, and I didn't even have to think about it. It was like magic. I highly recommend Nancie for hypnotherapy!
The fall of 2014 was a turning point in my life. I was experiencing a crisis in that I was turning another year older and needed to find some perspective and direction in my life. My inability to truly understand my purpose created a state of panic and anxiety and I didn't know what to do. During this time I was referred to Center of First Thought. At first I was a little apprehensive about seeing a therapist but I was immediately put at ease. My therapist, Rose Shelton and I talked about my life path. I was able to put a lot of things into perspective. I thought of her as like a coach. Thanks to Ms. Shelton I have learned to see things more clearly and a lot of my anxiety about the future has disappeared. I am still growing and learning my path but I don't know if I could have come this far if it had not been for Ms. Shelton and Center of First Thought.
I did not get to work with Caroline because of tight finances. However, she was kind and responded back quickly. She is very professional and I'm sure she is a great therapist. I hope to work with her in the future!
Manisha's personality is so welcoming; the service I received from her left me feeling so relaxed and at peace. I'm looking forward to my upcoming session!
Marilyn is amazing! She uses a technique during therapy called AIT which helps me cleanse emotions and negativity that I wish to release and helps me bring in the positivity to my life. Her style of therapy, gentle voice and authenticity has helped me from the first day we spoke. I absolutely recommend Marilyn's healing to anybody.
