I bought three sessions with Hareldau on Groupon. To be honest, I had no intention of hiring a regular personal training after the three sessions! I just thought it was a great deal for a week of good workouts. However, after my three sessions with Hareldau, I decided to continue meeting with her three times a week until my wedding. She is the best trainer I have been to. I have been really disappointed by trainers in the past, but Hareldau is the complete opposite of what I have experienced. She is always waiting for me when I arrive for my appointment. She has never once looked at her phone or been distracted by anything. All of her attention is on me and how I am doing my sets. She is incredibly professional. She gives me the full hour of training without ever ending early. She is also really easy to talk to and an enjoyable person to be around!
I haven't quite reached my goal yet, but after starting with Mac less than a month ago I already know that I will. Not only does he know what he's doing, but he's clearly invested in my dream and encourages me every step of the way! Most trainers can probably tell you what to do, but only the great ones like Mac can make you believe that perceivably impossible goals are not such a far reach. The fact that I was able to safely drop nearly 20 pounds and two pants sizes in three weeks doesn't hurt either ;-) if you're serious about reaching a goal, this is the guy who will get you there!

My name is Nona and I have worked with Sandra for many years. I first started training with her about ten years ago. I had never worked with a personal trainer that was so passionate about not only fitness, but overall health. Shortly, after joining her facility, I saw great results which motivated me to continue. She meets you right where you are, and push when necessary. I moved away some years ago, which caused me to take a break from training with Sandra. Over that period, I had worked with other trainers. None ever compared to that personal experience I had with Sandra. Not to mention, I could never seem to achieve the same AWESOME results I had gotten while working with Sandra. (I was in a two piece, nicely, y'all😊) Although, I followed their routine and meal plan pretty closely. I finally came to the conclusion, I had to sacrifice and make my schedule work so that I could get back to Shytimba. I've been back for seven months now, and once again have achieved AWESOME results!! (down eight inches in my waist!) Anyone reading this and considering a personal trainer, I would recommend Sandra hands down! She is such a beautiful person inside and out.
I signed up with Timothy to tone and strengthen my body. After the second week, with proper diet and Timothy's workout sessions I noticed that my jeans were not as tight. Timothy gently pushes you just enough to get you past that point when you think you can do anymore, without frustration like some trainers do. He is very reasonable, balanced and insightful. Manny has separated himself from the field of fitness trainers by the level of energy he brings to every class , and the personal connection he forges with all of his students . I can list many reasons to join this program , but it's all about Manny . He's the motivation , the difference and the reason why I'm signing up for the next class . YEAAAH !!!!!!
I've trained with Eric for about 3 years. From the very first meeting, I was impressed with his knowledge and experience and his emphasis on functional training. Of course, everyone wants results -- whether it's stronger muscles or fat loss. But it's also important to understand the how and why of exercise, muscle imbalances, and proper body alignment and Eric can always answer my questions. Every time I train with him I learn something new. I came to him with major arthritis in my knee and recurring rotator cuff injuries and Eric has been able to find ways to work around my injuries and correct my alignment so that I am much stronger today. We start with movement prep exercises, then move on to body weight exercises like squats and walking lunges, then we might work with weights, kettle bells, or TRX training; we also work on balance and agility exercises. Sessions last for about 50 minutes. I've watched other trainers work with clients and find that they rarely have the attention to detail that Eric has. Another thing that has impressed me about Eric is that he thinks about his clients even between sessions. He's always saying things like: "I was thinking about this exercise that would be perfect for your shoulder." I cannot think of a single thing that Eric could do better than he already does!
