svet is legit! at first I wasnt too sure if I wanted to do personal training because I'm a student and therefore have little money to splurge. I saw other personal trainers and saw they charged outrageous amounts for their services. however, svet is very flexible with his payment. this made it possible for me to focus on myself instead of the money. as for the training, this guy will kick your ass, but the results are worth it. it has been about a month for me and I have lost 10 pounds of what I'm sure was fat. also I feel much stronger and my existing back and shoulder problems are starting to alleviate themselves. if you are serious about training than the svetness personal training program is for you. the svetnesss program will not only help change how you look, but it will positively change how you live your lifestyle.

Great service - My personal trainer, Kylene, has been very attentive to and proactive about what I want to get out of my training sessions. She works with me in the gym in my apartment building, and gives me helpful suggestions for exercises and stretches I can do on my own. I highly recommend Jones4Fitness In-Home Personal Trainers.
Robert was great! I've had personal trainers before but he's the only one that did a real assessment ahead of working out. This way he was able to tell me very specifically where I'd need to put in the most work to reach my goals. His rates are highly competitive and he worked with my tight schedule to find the best time for me. He's also a really friendly, nice guy. You'll enjoy (at least as much as you can enjoy getting your butt kicked) working with him or his trainers. It's a family owned company so they have a vested interest in excellent customer service.
Three sessions in, Shawn has shown great professionalism and knowledge of the personal training industry. Paired with his Gladiator Strong suggested nutrition, I already feel a difference in my energy and have lost 5 lbs.! He motivates, tolerates my constant complaining, is accommodating in terms of location, and of 3 other personal trainers I've had in my lifetime, I finally did proper push-ups with the correct form. He smartly combines cardio with strength and working multiple muscle groups with different exercises and has had a different routine every session. I'll be ready for Key West in two weeks time and keep it going up to my wedding in December. If he'll have me, I'll be using him again after these sessions. Will post before and after pictures.
I signed up with Agnese and is delighted to be working with her. She's just what I needed to get back into the habit of moving--an important goal for this senior. She's a coach, not a drill Sargent. Agnese met me where I was and listened to my what I thought my needs were. It's still early days, but I feel that I can see progress and know that I would see even more progress if I worked harder. She's encouraging and gently pushes me to do more than I always think I can. I am happy to recommend Agnese as a top-rate personal trainer for all levels of fitness.
I first started working out with Cornelius about one year ago, after my girlfriend encouraged me to give personal training a try. I used to be one of those guys who thought personal trainers weren't necessary for a good workout, so I was hesitant at first but I followed my girlfriend's advice and signed up for a few sessions with Cornelius. After our first workout, I knew I'd be coming back for more. When I first started training I was WEAK, even though I had been jogging regularly. I had rarely stretched or worked on building strength. I also wasn't eating well. Cornelius immediately recognized these holes in my training regimen and started developing workout and diet plans to help me build strength at a healthy pace. Due to my lack of stretching, many of my muscles and joints were incredibly tight but Cornelius' taught me exercises and stretches that would help me build strength and loosen that tightness without causing injury. Thanks to Cornelius, I feel stronger and look healthier. The girlfriend who got me started with training has even pointed out improvements to my energy levels and confidence. The fitness plans Cornelius has built around my personal needs have been perfect. Throughout our workouts, he has been very relaxed and great to talk to but he also knows when to push me to workout harder. I look forward to each of our sessions, and I strongly recommend him to others.
Jenise is the best personal trainer . She is patient while pushing you to achive your best! You will never be bored with her workouts. In addition to the quality of her training, she has a wonderful personality and is a plusure to work with.

Gary has been my personal trainer for 4.5 years now. When I started working out with him I was almost 52 years old and overweight. Thanks to Gary, I lost 35 pounds and built muscle I never had before! His workouts tone & build muscle, but he knows just how far to push things so you work a bit above your limit without pain or aches. his workouts are the best ever! I'm in better shape than when I was younger. Gary also worked with me this year to rehabilitate my shoulder after a fall. I hit my shoulder pretty hard and could barely lift my right arm. Slowly, Gary added exercise to bring my shoulder back to 100%. Amazing. Can't say enough. You just have to try him to see for yourself.

I highly recommend Sean if you are looking to work with a personal trainer who not only has great work ethics but also is very knowledgeable in his field and above all has a great personality. He mixes the workouts so you would not get bored doing the same set always. He is flexible if one has to change time slots and above all is really passionate and dedicated towards his job.
Ok, first of all I have to say that I am quite possibly the LAZIEST person ever. I am not proud of that. Somehow, in spite of my natural disposition, Soup has been able to motivate me and keep me on a good workout schedule. Soup has helped me lose weight, build muscle, eat better and made me more productive at work. He really know his stuff when it comes to weightlifting and physiology and all of that. But what really makes him special is that he can get you motivated even if you're like me, nearly impervious to motivation. Also, he's just a super personable and likable guy. I have worked out with other personal trainers and I have to say that Soup is the best!
I have used several personal trainers over the years and I would rate Michael as the best in the business. He pushes you to your absolute limits, yet always focuses on your safety. Extremely innovative, Michael's workouts are always varied and FUN! He is extremely accommodating to fit your schedule and makes sure each workout accomplishes your goals. Highest recommendation!

Niki is absolutely amazing as a trainer! She's firm but also reassuring and motivating. She's extremely knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and is very accommodating when it comes to what I am comfortable with. George has been my personal trainer for 2 months now and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to choose him as a facilitator in my fitness journey. I train with him about 3 times a week and since I’ve started, I can already see and feel results. The idea of exercising and going to the gym always used to give me anxiety. I knew I wanted to be fit and healthy but I did not know where to start. After I started training with George, I began to see that exercising can be less of a struggle and more enjoyable. I actually look forward to going to the gym now because he has and continues to provide me with the directive and tools needed to attain my fitness goals...and it’s been working! From day one, he listened to my needs (which I feel is very important for a trainer to do) while pushing me to levels I didn’t know I could reach. Not only does he encourage fitness in the gym but also outside of the gym by providing a simple meal plan, despite his not being a nutritionist. George is very reliable, and communication has never been an issue. I can always appreciate someone who values my time and money as much as theirs. Which leads me to mention that his prices are VERY reasonable compared to others in the area.
