Latest Review: Adam has a very unique, integrated perspective: he combines skills and concepts from martial arts, parkour, functional fitness (CrossFit), and who knows what else in order to not only help his clients reach their goals, but excel at them.
He is extremely skilled at being able to look at a person, watch them move, and being able to dissect their imbalances, understand why they are there, and develop a plan to fix them. He also often begins with one of the simplest (or so most of us think) yet most fundamental skills: breathing. I can't even begin to explain how much changing my breathing has helped me.
Adam is extremely knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.
