After a couple of years of googling racing plans and seeing only slight improvements I decided I needed help with my running. Around the same time I read an article about a local company called Eastern Shore Training. I decided to just go for it and email them. I'll admit I was a little intimidated at first but what I found was a running coach who took the time to know my running times, fine tune my daily workouts and educate me on how to be a better, faster, and stronger runner. Within the first 3 months I PR'd in the 5k, 10k, and Half Marathon which was a true testament of my training program. I am so happy that I emailed EST six months ago and know that training with them will bring many more PR's in 2015.

I really enjoy working with Mike - he made it a priority right from the beginning to understand what my goal is and while training he explains how the exercises are working us toward that goal. He does a great job challenging and pushing me to do my best. I appreciate the variety of what we do since it keeps me focused and interested. He's also shared tips about nutrition, rest and recovery and how the exercises will benefit other areas of my life and overall health. Aside from personal training, Mike also does group classes which are fantastic (hard but effective!). I have really enjoyed the combination of PT and group workouts to help keep me on track.
Hope has been my trainer for almost a year now and she never gives up on me. She pushes me to dig deeper and not quit but does it in a empathetic and encouraging way. I would most def. reccomend her.
Chris is an excellent trainer. He has helped us achieve our goal of setting up an in home training program (we hate the gym) and is helping us make that program sustainable. Chris was able to modify excercises for my bad knees which I appreciated. He is positive, very knowledgeable, punctual and personable. I highly recommend Chris.
I started working with Ruvan about a year ago, and in the time that he's worked with me I've seen huge improvements. I explained to him that I was interested in bodybuilding and was interested in eventually competeting. I had had trainers in the past but I had always felt that they were never able to push me to the level that I was hoping for. After my first workout with Ruvan, I was blown away. He knew exactly how far I could go while knowing my limits for that point in time. He is also very meticulous when it comes to technique, and his attention to detail has allowed me to see more gains while preventing injury. In a year, I went from deadlifting 315lbs to 525lbs. Bench press from 205 lbs to 315lbs, etc. Upper arm size grew 2.5 inches. He's never missed an appointment and because of that, neither have I, especially with my busy schedule as it is. As I've said, I've had many trainers and Ruvan has been the best. I highly recommend him.
The service at Mobile Fitness is amazing! It is one of the best gyms I have ever had the pleasure of working out at. As a performer, I had very specific goals to achieve. Thanks to Jeff's help, I was able to work out twice a week with Ryan, one of the trainers on staff at Mobile Fitness. Ryan was a true motivator who made each and every workout one of a kind while still working towards my ultimate fitness goals. Overall, I would highly recommend Mobile Fitness to anyone as they have a wide range of trainers to meet any and everyone's fitness needs! I wouldn't change a thing.
honestly the difference between me and other trainers is that I was born to do this. Being a personal trainer for the last 10 years has not been hard to do because I'm not being anything but Who I am and that is a trainer. If you put a fish in water it it only does what it knows to do wich is swim. Well you put me in the gym setting and I'll only do what I know to do which is Be an incredibly inspiring motivating trainer. My enthusiasm is infectious and after training with me for 20 minutes you'll know exactly why I'm a personal trainer and why I do what I love to do.
When you hire me, not only do you get a certified professional, but you also get a caring teacher. When training my clients, they learn why they are doing the exercises so they can remember how to do them on their own in the future. When you hire me, a plan of attack is developed and written out. You get a copy of the workout plans to reference later when you are on your own. All progressions are written down. In this way, we both see how things are going.
