Trent is the best trainer :) I lost 16 lb in two months, I feel much stronger, sleep much better. my endurance has greatly improved threw the course of training. The training are very hard, but worth it.
Nick pushes his clients in a safe and healthy environment. He constantly monitors for proper technique and checks in to make sure you feel comfortable while challenged. Nick will help to educate his clients in a way that gives them confidence moving forward alone. At any fitness level, Nick has patience and stamina to see you reach your goals. His good attitude is contagious!!!
I train with Alec twice a week with a small group of 3 to 5 people. It's a hard workout but it's enjoyable. What I like best is that he changes the exercises every time to work on different muscles and fitness levels (aerobic vs. strength) and doing all the different exercises keeps it from getting boring.

Jessica is full of energy and keeps you going even when you want to quit. No matter how I felt when I went to work out I was always felt so full of energy and pleased when I left Jessica. She is a very caring person both about her clients and her training. I have never had a trainer with so much energy.

I love working with Jaime! The boot camp class that she runs at Southside is a great mix of strength and cardio exercises. Nicole has an infectious energy, in depth knowledge base and her amazing workout facility Zone 3 is one of the best in the Portland area. Nicole is extremely approachable, and non-judgemental which really helps with someone a bit intimidated by a gym setting.Having Nicole as an instructor and personal trainer has help me reach goals I had a hard time doing on my own. I've been going to Stu for a few months. This is the first time I've gone to a personal trainer. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgable about body mechanics, form, and has a seemingly endless supply of exercises to work all parts of the body. Every time I go I learn something new. We work hard, he pushes me hard but knows how to laugh. He's also helped me write up workouts I can do at home to keep the strength training going.
Most personal trainers work in a gym or fitness center NOT Courtney, she takes it outside and uses nature to train you. The steeper the hill then youre going up, with a few drop and give me 20 on the way. The bigger the boulder the more reverse pushups. Tell her you dont like to run, youre running and enjoying it! Courtney wants to understand your objectives before she starts working with you to gain a better understanding of your goals, like losing weight or gaining muscle mass. She developed customized exercise plans for me clients based on my goals. These include cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises. During a training session, she is constantly observing your form and capability. Courtney can also give diet and lifestyle suggestions if relevant to your fitness plan. Personally, Courtney is a delight to be with; she is a happy soul, has high energy and is dedicated to achieving your best. I will be returning to her this summer as well.
I have been working with Jen for a year. I love that she is goal-oriented and flexible enough to fit training into my busy schedule. I have become stronger and my clothes fit better, and I look and feel healthier. Highly recommend.

I trained with Chris for a whole year and had amazing results. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone with similar body shaping or strength training goals as I had. I'm definitely looking forward to year two.
I started working with Ruvan about a year ago, and in the time that he's worked with me I've seen huge improvements. I explained to him that I was interested in bodybuilding and was interested in eventually competeting. I had had trainers in the past but I had always felt that they were never able to push me to the level that I was hoping for. After my first workout with Ruvan, I was blown away. He knew exactly how far I could go while knowing my limits for that point in time. He is also very meticulous when it comes to technique, and his attention to detail has allowed me to see more gains while preventing injury. In a year, I went from deadlifting 315lbs to 525lbs. Bench press from 205 lbs to 315lbs, etc. Upper arm size grew 2.5 inches. He's never missed an appointment and because of that, neither have I, especially with my busy schedule as it is. As I've said, I've had many trainers and Ruvan has been the best. I highly recommend him.
The service at Mobile Fitness is amazing! It is one of the best gyms I have ever had the pleasure of working out at. As a performer, I had very specific goals to achieve. Thanks to Jeff's help, I was able to work out twice a week with Ryan, one of the trainers on staff at Mobile Fitness. Ryan was a true motivator who made each and every workout one of a kind while still working towards my ultimate fitness goals. Overall, I would highly recommend Mobile Fitness to anyone as they have a wide range of trainers to meet any and everyone's fitness needs! I wouldn't change a thing.
