Ruth is a very friendly, knowledgeable personal trainer. I like the idea she has competed before. Very fortunate that we live in the same city and she'll come to the house to train at a very reasonable rate. Even got my roommate and mom to workout with her too!
Just began working with my Personal Trainer Pete and so far so EXCELLENT. He is dependable, knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He holds you accountable for your diet and he pushes you in your workout. Mr. Paul Barr was my high school cross country coach for the past two years. At every practice he was always early. He taught the team how respect themselves as athletes and respect their bodies. He is beyond reliable and is well informed about physical and mental health. He saw potential in everyone, and made sure to highlight their skills in order for them to be their best. Paul is a great mentor and friend. He is willing to do anything to make sure you are able to give your all. I was considering running for university, and he was there for me. He believed that I could do it; he took time out of his personal life to make a running schedule and to coach me. He never once told me that I was incapable of doing anything. Paul is an all around great person; he is beyond reliable and responsible, he is organized, and he is willing to give 110% percent to ensure that you are physically and mentally healthy.
Joshua is a wonderful fitness trainer and nutrition coach. I came to him a month ago after going through physical therapy and knowing that at 72 years of age I needed help. The first thing he did was evaluate how he could get me out of pain and build up my stamina. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to him and how I intend to continue with him till I reach all my goals and maybe even after that.
I have been working out with Eshaan for several months now. I am extremely pleased wtith my personal results. Eshaan has exensive knowlege and experience in the exercise/fitness arena. In addition, his pricing is affordalble. I highly recommend Eshaan as your personal trainer!! However, you must be willing to do the work!

Hands-On bodywork is a fantastic place to receive a therapeutic massage. I both work out a lot and spend a lot of time sitting at work - combinations that lead to significant tension in the back, shoulders, and neck. After my first visit, not only was a more mobile and pain free in those areas then when I arrived, everything else felt that way too. Stephanie is very personable and very knowledgeable, and helped me feel entirely at ease during each of my visits. Her on-site massage room is quiet, calming, and immaculately clean. I can't recommend her massage services highly enough, and while I haven't used them myself, our conversations lead me to believe that her work as a personal trainer and weight loss consultant would be of the same high quality. Five Stars.
Loved Nicole's cooking class! She explained steps in the process in simple ways that really left you with an "I can do this!" feeling. The food was delicious and the class was fun. There were about 10 of us and she managed all of us with grace and ease. I would definitely recommend Nicole and her services to anyone who wants to eat delicious food - whether it's hiring her as a personal chef or for a social cooking class.

Evan is a outstanding personal trainer he taught me so many things and taught me so much about how to pay attention to what muscles I was working and how lowering your weight or increasing your weight would emphasize on the muscle that you were trying to work out because so many times I was using higher weight and was not feeling the muscle that I was supposed to begir toward and still to this day I have taken that knowledge and have put it toward my workout still to this day I had great results with him and I recommend him to any and everyone thank you so much Evan you're awesome

The training provided by Troy Kelley is challenging and innovative, with an emphasis on the "personal" aspect of training. His workouts are never repetitive or boring.
