David is awesome! He gave me a thorough fitness assessment and then provided an exercise regimen designed specifically to meet my needs -- I wanted bodyweight exercises only, that could be easily done in my basement with the small amount of equipment I have. The beauty part is that the way David recommended me to exercise, I never get overly sore because I don't do a lot of reps of any one exercise, and I never get bored because he gave me a huge selection of exercises for each section of the body. After just a couple weeks I can already feel myself getting stronger, and I think I might be able to sustain this! He also advised me on nutrition. He's a pleasure to work with and he's very affordable! Highly recommended.

Mary is a fantastic trainer. She pushes her clients in ways that work for them. Each client is an individual. I love being able to go to her home for personal training. It's so much better than a gym. I would recommend Mary to anyone looking for a truly personal training experience.

I worked out with Michelle for years at Chicago Women's Fitness. I was never in such high great shape and always kept me motivated to do my best. She's a great trainer and although I'm sad to see her leave Chicago I'm sure she will be great for the women in Michigan!

I don't know where to start! I have tried multiple fitness pros before meeting Gus and none of them can compare to the service Gus has offered me. He always replies to my emails and texts whenever I have questions, he makes my workout plans every month, and just overall truly cares about my goals. I would recommend Gus to anyone trying to lose weight, gain muscle, or just feel healthier. He's awesome!
The fitness trainer is very knowledgeable in overall fitness techniques and is always switching it up to challenge you. I was impressed that he does not only train you physically, to your unique strengths and weaknesses, but for your nutrtion and mental well being also. Travis's overall sincerity and interest in your results is over and above any fitness facility I have gone to.
I really liked the idea of a local gym that offers both personal training and fitness classes. The classes have been awesome with my favorite being the Kickboot class. Both Mike and Ally have taught the class each adding their own spin but both leaving me feeling like I actually accomplished something. I also liked that they modified exercises to meet my fitness level. The trainers and instructors at Twy-fit have all been friendly, positive and encouraging; it was an overall great experience.
Connie has a great attitude and plenty of fitness experience. I have quite a bit of limitations from past injuries/ surgeries and she was able to work around them to help me achieve a great workout with desirable results! I highly recommend Connie :)
I hired Tay from Elite Personal Fitness to train my wife and myself (my wife's idea). I wasn't sure about this because we are at different fitness levels. But Tay took the time to learn about both of us and she tailored our workouts to get the most from each of us. I would recommend her. She keeps it fresh and fun.
