Latest Review: I have trained with Ryan for more than a month by now and I have only positive things to mention about him.
From the first meeting, Ryan has met and exceeded my expectations. His method of training is generating results for me and I have yet to have a sore muscle.
The sessions are varied and never boring. Ryan pays close attention to how the trainee performs the exercises and constantly questions for pain, burn, strain. while correcting body posture for best results. His nutrition recommendations are easy to follow.I appreciate the fact that Ryan encourages healthy eating habits for weight control rather than pills and powders and all sorts of diets.
All the training sessions that we go through are tailored to my specific goals that I set during the first meeting. Ryan is constantly adjusting my workout sessions to make sure that I am making steady progress.
Based on my personal experience, I highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer. Ryan is full of energy but not overwhelming, has a positive attitude, always on time, has a wealth of knowledge relative to the human body muscles and how to best put them to work His approach is on the opposite spectrum of "one size fits all" training method and I really appreciate that.
