He helped me when I had difficulties with certain exercises and recommended ones that I could do instead. Each time I communicated with Brian over the internet, I received prompt responses and inevitably was able to perform my workouts on a timely basis. I felt like Brian knew me well after working with him for four months. Brian was instrumental in helping me to lose 71 pounds when he was a coach at BioTrust Nutrition. I've had a few seasons with Autrey and so far I am loving it. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I am the type of person who needs an extra push while working out and he is a great motivator. We have yet to repeat any 1 exercise, and with all of the different equipment in the studio - I know that training will never be boring.
