Holly is absolutely the best! She is organized, detailed, knowledgeable and super nice. She responded to all our needs immediately and was so helpful and kind about all of our concerns, which is so important to anyone planning a wedding. That definitely saves a lot of stress and any financial matter involved. Our wedding day was displayed so perfectly! Everything was absolutely beautiful, our fairytale come true. I am writing to let everyone know how pleased we were with Kelly Houlehan as a wedding coordinator for our daughter’s wedding, June 24, 2017. The ceremony was held at the MN Arboretum and we some scheduling challenges that Kelly navigated easily. When I arrived at the Arboretum at 11:00 am the day of the wedding, I had no idea Kelly and I would not get into the reception venue to prepare the tables until much later in the day when I was scheduled for photos. Kelly used her time efficiently to listen to my detailed plan, sort the décor to facilitate the transfer of flowers, candles, lights, pictures, and butterflies to their respective locations. She set up everything without my help. The reception room was absolutely stunning and the ceremony lovely. I could never have successfully done the décor had it not been for Kelly’s hard work, efficient planning and professionalism. Kelly was also on hand to reminded us of our photo timelines and got us to the ceremony location on time. She served as a point person for any questions that came up during the reception like helping the DJ to upload the slide show, coordinating the event with the Arboretum staff and keeping my relatives' meals warm while they stepped out for a minute. Kelly was there to respond to every question or problem that arose. She also help organize clean up and packed the décor at the end of the evening. WOW!! Kelly was easy to work with and made it possible for me to enjoy my daughter’s wedding, eat a wonderful meal and celebrate the evening with dancing. I cannot speak more highly of Kelly’s ability to listen carefully, actualize that plan, herd our families around to pictures, ceremony and reception, and clean up. She is an exceptional contractor for the Wedding Collective. I would highly recommend Kelly’s services to everyone who is planning a wedding. Thank you Kelly.

Jaime did an amazing job of helping me plan my destination wedding. I tried to do it on my own, but after 4 days of searching for the right venue, I was feeling overwhelmed. I hired Jaime as my wedding coordinator and she was able to provide several options within hours of my initial contact with her. She respected my budget and only offered services in my financial range. She was available every time I contacted her with a question, concern, or idea. She created a Pinterest board exclusively for my wedding, which allowed me to see ideas that fit with my desires. I'm a Type B personality and just don't enjoy the overwhelming amount of work that goes into planning a wedding. Jaime took on the challenges of my destination wedding with zeal. She doesn't treat event planning like a job; she takes the time to make people feel like their event is the most important thing she's ever done. I highly recommend Jaime for any event planning. I will definitely hire her again!

We had a fabulous experience working with Fab Weddings! George is fantastic to work with, professional and fun, and makes the wedding planning process easy! Communication lines are always open. Fab Weddings truly does make your wedding be about YOU. They are affordable, available, and reliable. As a same-sex couple, it was important to us to work with people who would treat us like any other couple. We found those people at Fab Weddings. Everyone associated with Fab Weddings that we dealt with treated us with respect, listened to us when we had specific requests, and were sincerely happy for us. Rosehenge Hall served as both the site of our wedding and our reception and was beautiful for both! We had many compliments on Rosehenge Hall and especially on the light system! The caterer used by Fab Weddings is outstanding - several people told us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. The sound system and our Fab Weddings DJ Steve helped set the right atmosphere during the wedding, dinner, and the dance. One caveat: If you want to take outdoor wedding photos, you are very limited for scenery at Rosehenge Hall. You should plan to take outdoor photos elsewhere. We highly recommend Fab Weddings and Rosehenge Hall to any couple!!

Ania was absolutely wonderful to work with! Very professional but also very personable. She helped us with putting up decorations and taking down before and after our wedding. I wasn't there for the set up, but my mother was absolutely blown away by how she took care of everything so effortlessly.

We chose Bouquets N' Such to do our floral arrangements for our wedding. I worked with Ms. Trudy! Anyone planning a wedding knows how stressful things can be. Ms. Trudy made this the least stressful part of my planning. She knows her stuff and gave me plenty of options to work from. She listened to exactly what I wanted, she worked with our budget and she kept in constant communication with me, any questions I had, she promptly responded, she even anticipated questions I would have and provided that information up front! I wish they had 10 stars because this company deserves it. I received so many compliments on all of the floral arrangements at our wedding. She provided service that was "To good to be true," but it was TRUE!! I cannot say enough about them. They were genuinely happy for our wedding and made my experience so worth it! I would recommend them to anyone for any occasion.

Kierstien was absolutely wonderful! She saved us way more money than we paid her, worked endless hours searching for the best deals while we were at work and couldn't, and saved us so much time planning the wedding of our dreams! During rehearsal and the day of, she coordinated everything so we could enjoy it all and not have to deal with any issues that arose!!! We still say that she was the best money we spent towards our big day!

      If you’re looking for one of THE best wedding planners around, you absolutely need to get in touch with Anjali. Make no mistake, she is the best. We did our homework, interviewed several planners nearly a year before our wedding, interviewed references and nobody even came close to connecting with us and what we wanted on a more personal and professional level as she did. It’s been a little more than six months since our wedding and we continue to receive comment after comment on how beautifully put together our wedding was. It was a true experience and we owe that all to Anjali! Anjali is an extremely intelligent woman who is very thoughtful in her planning. She blends intellect with years of success, a positive attitude, top-of-the-line team of vendors, takes extreme pride in her work and above all else, she honestly cares about you. She’ll take care of you, she’ll go to battle for you, she’ll solve a ton of problems for you and she will always balance your particular quality/price equation. I think we had to most amazing wedding imaginable. Filled with surprises and EVERY part of the ceremony and reception was much better than I actually imagined. How often does that happen…you get more and better than you expected?? She is respected by anybody who is anyone and despite what I clearly saw as a very close and comfortable working relationship with these vendors, she never once let anything slip. She nailed the business end of the wedding planning, budgeting, negotiating and she completely took care of us every step of the way. There are few things more important than your wedding day. I wanted assurances and piece-of-mind that everything would go perfectly despite any problems that may naturally arise. Anjali is the best out there. I’m so impressed with what she accomplished and how she accomplished it and we consider it a total blessing to have had her as our Wedding Planner!

      When I first put out a bid on thumbtack for our wedding, I got a lot responses. Melissa was the first person that didn't make me feel like a dollar sign. She took the time to get to know me and my partner on a personal level and made sure to reflect that in all of the details of our wedding. She and her team are incredible.         One of our best decisions we made regarding vendors for our wedding. Melody and her team were amazing to work with. From the first email and throughout our wedding day, they were on top everything! Melody really knows her stuff and how to make your wedding day go off without any issues! Only thing I wish we would have done differently is to have hired Events by Melody plan our entire wedding instead of just day-of coordination services.
