Bill is my personal trainer and has been for the past 17 months. He is the first person who has gotten me to commit to a plan and stick with it! We've been training for two weeks and I am already very satisfied with the results. I have been lifting on my own for 10+ years but had recently been experiencing lots of back pain, so I decided to get someone who knows what they're doing to correct some issues. Sarah has taught me new exercises to keep the pressure off my back while still getting a full workout. She is in the process of correcting years of my improper lifting form and it is a much smoother transition than expected. I have had no back pain and feel exhausted as ever after a workout.
