I have been to many exercise programs and trainers through the years and he is definitely one of the best I have ever been to. I absolutely recommend him!
I have known and worked with Ken as my personal trainer for several years. He is one of the best in the Greater KC area. He cares most about helping his clients achieve their fitness goals in a respectful and motivating way. I have had personal trainers in the past that pushed me in unrealistic pursuit of their own goals. Ken's focus is always on your goal and making sure that you keep up with it. I would highly recommend him for those that are just wanting to start exercising and those that have goals they want to pursue.
I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a great trainer! I have worked out with numerous trainers in the past. I found Sarah to be really well trained and thoughtful about the workout she builds. Better than any trainer I've had in the past, Sarah is careful to work you (hard) in ways that both avoid injury or work around a current injury (if you have one). Bonus - she'll write you workout routines for off days, if you wish!
David is excellent. Great work ethics. Keeps me motivated and helped me lose 7 pounds so far. Started working with him in May. He is extremely professional and a fun trainer. I made the right decision to have him as a trainer. My husband and I both train with him. I always had personal trainers in the past but he is one of the best I have had!

When one chooses to find a trainer, one is usually motivated...for the moment. Dhruv was a great personal trainer that really trailered to your every need. He made sure I had the necessary steps to achieving my goals such as using apps and a creating a simple meal plan. He made sure that I understood what I was working on and also made sure I was doing the exercise right which is what everyone should want in a trainer. With his help I lost over 20 pounds and he has given me the confidence that I never had before. Dhruv is very easy to work with and wants to see his clients succeed! Trainer was able to communicate clearly what I needed to do to see progress. He was specific with the workouts and knows what he is talking about. He kept checking up on me to make sure I was staying true to the workout plan. He was always available for questions about the workout or technique. I would definitely recommend to friends.

You can go anywhere and get a trainer. But what Ryan offers is limited in the KC area. You will learn more about each workout and why you're doing that specific workout. The thought process and customization for each individual and their goals is what sets him apart.
I have been working with Jeff for 3 weeks. I contracted him as a personal trainer and he has exceeded my expectations. The first time we met he pointed out some strength deficits I was not even aware of and has been working with me to improve those. The number one focus here is transformation, we also do competition prep etc. but that is just a small part. It's not a retention based model unlike many other places the goal is not to try to get clients to sign up for training, and then try to keep them coming back forever. My goal here is to teach my clients how to believe in themselves, provide them the tools to transform their bodies, and gain the education through the process so that they can maintain the fit lifestyle and go out and inspire others to make positive changes in their own lives! I specialize in 12 - 16 week transformation programs, the time really depends on your effort and the distance you have between your current state and your end-state goals. Usually clients come in 2-3 sessions per week and will be working out on their own for the other days. However for a select few I will allow 1 session per week, however the stats show that with 1 session a week it is very easy to fall of the program and loose cohesion, about 90% of people who do 1 session a week will fall off. A tailored to you nutrition plan will be provided. Without proper nutrition, the body will not change no matter how much training you do! It is a critical part of the process. All of my one on one training sessions are conducted at the Hitch Fit Gym Overland Park location. Sessions are one hour in length! Hitch Fit is a very high energy and positive place! I love my clients! And want them to feel like a part of the family! For the nutrition I do not believe in fad diets, in quick fixes, in miracle pills, in dropping scale weight as fast as possible or cutting out food groups. I believe in teaching my clients how to eat balanced nutrition consisting of quality whole foods and educating them on the foods that they should be eating, so that they not only attain their fitness goals, but can maintain them for a lifetime. Rate is $65 per session, clients pay in full for the 12-16 weeks or 6-8 sessions at a time. (One month) This includes the nutrition plan.
