"John is a fantastic trainer. Let me just say, I'm not a newbie to the gym at all. I've been going since 2012. My problem never had to do with getting up and going to the gym but my intensity at the gym seemed to be lacking. I've tried 2 other trainers before with almost zero results. It was almost as if they didn't really care about my goals and they were happy that I already cut the check. So, needless to say I wasn’t looking forward to getting another one. However, this time it was different. My diet was much better and my goal wasn’t weight related this time. My goal was to look good and feel good. I wanted that 6 pack! But again, how could this trainer do anything else for me that I wasn’t already doing on my own? I was about to find out. I had my free 1on1 personal training to try him out and see if I thought it would work for me. First off, that was awesome. I loved that I got to try him out before hand to see if he fit. That training session was killer. Then, I had my first boot camp class with him and wow! He kicked my butt. And the second and the third boot camp class kept getting more and more challenging. I couldn’t believe it. I used to go to the gym and get on the elliptical and burn X amount of calories in 45 minutes and go to work feeling like I could have probably done another 45. After one of his boot camp classes I am drenched in sweat and passed out on the floor. And the best part, I feel ACCOMPLISHED afterwards. Like it wasn’t a waste of time and that I truly gave it my all. And even better, I crave the next class I have with him because there’s not another workout like it. I have three favorite things about John compared to the other trainers I’ve had. First off, he’s in shape. The worst part is trying to get trained by someone who doesn’t do what they preach. Second, which is probably my favorite, is that he is not standing on the sidelines yelling at you to work. At his boot camp classes, he is right there with you working hard and sweating. He’s doing the exact same workouts with you so I use it as leverage to try and keep up with him! Third, you know he loves his job and even better that he loves to train those that want to change their bodies for the better. Your goal is his goal. And he’s even training for a competition of his own so you only get dedication from this guy!! All in all, John is awesome and I’ve already recommended him to multiple of my girlfriends who are trying to get in a shape because he is that good. But be prepared to work and sweat if you come to one of his boot camp classes!! "

"Before signing up for personal training sessions with Adam I participated in classes he taught at a local running/sports company. I enjoyed the classes then and saw how he gave personal attention to each person and modified their sessions based on their fitness level. I was one of those individuals. When I saw he was doing the personal training sessions I wanted to sign up because I knew he would push me to work out harder without making me feel bad because I am pretty uncoordinated. He is a great trainer. "

"I have purchased 3 - ten visit session so far with Age Advantage Fitness and I don't see myself ending this relationship with Mark as my trainer any time soon. Mark puts a great deal of work, planning and attention into every session. He is well planned and explains every exercise, the proper way to do the exercise, and the benefits. The thing I enjoy most about my program is that it is alway changing and seldom have I ever done the same exercise twice. This keeps the muscles "thinking, and not adapting," to the routine which means I gain more benefit from each session quickly. At most gyms you hire a 20 something year old trainer who shows their ability to count reps for you. I don't need someone to count for me, I enjoy my one on one session with Mark, in the privacy of his fitness studio and the rapport we have developed through my accomplishments. Mark's fitness studio is top notch and can rank with the best of any gym in town. Mark has all the needed equipment that is well kept, and cleaned after every client. I am a 55 year old corporate executive who doesn't have time for the gym scene, yet through my sessions with Mark, I have improved upon my energy, flexibility, dropped 2 pants sizes, and feel great! I look forward to every session. Thank you Mark, I highly recommend Mark as a trainer and Coach."

"I would highly recommend Trivium to anyone looking for a new gym or personal training. The gym has your standards (weights, racks, benches) but it also has open areas for functional training and classes with the equipment to match. The staff is knowledgeable, and I can attest that Ryan is continually searching out the latest research to incorporate into the gym's offerings. If you're looking to avoid the cookie-cutter gyms and step into an atmosphere dedicated to getting smart, safe results, give Trivium a shot."

"Theresa has been training my wife and I for the past 6 weeks. She started out interviewing us to determine if there were any problems she needed to take into consideration during our workouts. Her workouts are tough but just tough enough to accomplish our weekly goals; steadily gaining strength each week. The workouts are always changing so that we are not doing the exact same routine session to session; never a boring moment. She is always asking questions to evaluate where we are to insure the workout intensity is at the right level. I would definitely recommend Theresa to anyone who is looking for a trainer. Theresa rocks..."

"Kevin O'Leary has been my trainer for 18 months. He is very professional and makes the training sessions fun. I was out of shape and suffered from joint pain in my shoulder and hip. My joint pain has been greatly reduced and my flexibility and stamina are greatly improved. I would highly recommend Kevin for rehab, general fitness or sports training!"
